An der Stelle eines alten und verfallenen Bauernhauses wurde im Jahr 2010 das Bauernhaus "Zum Heinrich" errichtet. Bei dem Wiederaufbau war uns die Erhaltung des Charakters sehr wichtig. Im EG befindet sich die Gaststube Heinrich, die den Mittelpunkt der GutsAlm darstellt. Das als "Gute Stube" bezeichnete Obergeschoss bietet Ihnen zwei Doppelzimmer mit atemberaubendem Panoramablick. Non-smoking private room with quaint charm in the heart of the Bavarian forest. I offer a double room with breakfast. There is a toilet and an additional modern bathroom with toilet, shower, mirror and hairdryer. These are shared by all guests. There are no more than 4 guests in the house at the same time. The house sits in a quiet and idyllic setting overlooking the Brotjacklriegel. In the morning there is an extensive breakfast from the local bakery & butcher.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the 2nd floor and not far from the city center of Passau. It takes about 25 minutes on foot to get to the center, by bus about 5 minutes, with a stop 150 meters away. There are plenty of shops (Penny, Rewe, butcher, baker....) within walking distance. The apartment is completely renovated and actually equipped with everything you need to live. There is no separate apartment key.

The stylish double room of a townhouse from 1908 is located at the gates of the old town of Regensburg. The trendy district of Stadtamhof with the Steinernen Brücke is within walking distance (in 10 minutes). Explore Regensburg with our bikes, go swimming in the rain or enjoy the fantastic view of Regensburg from Dreifaltigkeitberg. Use of the bikes is at your own risk! A bus stop is only a few steps away.

Our cozy holiday apartment on Kraftstraße in Passau accommodates up to 5 guests. It features a fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV, and a private parking space. A lockable garage for a car or e-bikes is included. The historic old town is just a 10–15 minute walk away – perfect for exploring and relaxing!

Lake house in Hofgut Hafnerleiten Niederbayern

It's a hit like in the song of Peter Fox "Haus am See": terraces around the house, a kitchenette, infrared cabin, two extra sleeping berths for "emigrating" and a bathtub next to the fireplace. The outdoor fire pit and a fire ring complete the holiday experience FIRE.

This apartment was completely rebuilt, opening in March 2017. The APP can be reached via an entrance door - ramp available for wheelchair users. Free parking is available in our large courtyard. Free / free WiFi is available to guests.
