Das Chalet ist rustikal modern gestaltet und mit viel Herzblut eingerichtet. Es liegt idyllisch umgeben von Wald und Wiesen und verspricht Erholung pur. Die großzügige Terrasse mit Teich und Grill bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick und viel Privatsphäre. Entspannen Sie in der Sauna oder nutzen Sie die zahlreichen Wander- und Radwege.

Gruböder farmhouse

For families with large and small children, young groups, but also temporary workers or business meetings. Our approx. 200-year-old renovated farmhouse offers enough space for everyone. A large garden with barbecue facilities are included, as well as a sauna and several bathrooms/toilets. The kitchen, living room and bedroom invite you to feel good immediately. We use the house privately as a vacation home and rent it out on Airbnb. Parking directly on the property, 200 Mbit Internet + Wi-Fi.

Eingebettet zwischen Scheunen und Apfelbäumen, umringt von Blumenwiesen und einem weitläufigen Hofgelände, liegt das schöne Vollholz-Ferienhaus Waldheimat. Nach einer Wanderung in den Bergen oder nach einer rasanten E-Bike-Tour - Entspannung finden Sie am Feuer vor dem Kaminofen, auf der Liegelandschaft im Wohnzimmer, beim Kochen in der voll ausgestatteten Küche oder bei einem heißen Bad im Relax-Raum. Die Eindrücke des Tages können Sie auf der Terrasse oder im Garten Revue passieren lassen.

Birken Chalet (Falkenfels)

Wir freuen uns Sie in unserem Birken Chalet begrüßen zu dürfen. Unser Chalet ist ca. 35 qm groß und bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen (davon aber nur maximal 2 Erwachsene). Das Chalet verfügt über eine urig ausgestattete Küche mit nostalgischen Holzofen, einem gemütlichen Wohn- und Essraum sowie einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Vom Schlafzimmer aus kommen Sie direkt auf den Balkon. Im Badezimmer gibt es ein WC sowie eine Dusche und eine Zirbensauna.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Chalet Arberschlössl 70 sqm with sauna - (Teisnach)

The kitchen in the chalet is fully equipped. The living room has an extendable living area with a TV and sound box. The bedrooms are equipped with round wooden beds (2 m x 2 m) and Mako satin bed linen. The chalet offers an indoor sauna with sauna towels, bathrobes and sauna aromas for the infusion. The approx. 50 m² terrace offers a heated hot tub and seating lounge with a barbecue. On a property of about 2000 m², every guest enjoys maximum privacy.

Chalet by the apple tree (chalets by the Duschl-Hof)

Enjoy your vacation in our "Chalet am Apfelbaum". This consists of a large living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet. The bedroom furniture made of pine wood ensures a healthy sleep. In addition, two high-quality sofa beds in the living area provide space for 4 more people. Relax on the wooden terrace in the Softub hot tub and feel at home.

Apartment with 3 bedrooms (Haus am Gschlößlweg)

Our vacation home (approx. 140 m²) offers space for 1-7 people. It has a cozy living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds and 1 with three single beds. Two rooms have access to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower, bath and WC. There are also 3 WCs, a washing machine, a dryer and a garden. WLAN and parking are free of charge.

"Pfingstrose" Chalet

Here you will find a modern, stylish ambience that combines Bavarian coziness for 2 – 4 people on a spacious 115 m². Enjoy relaxing evenings by the cozy fireplace. On the ground floor you will find a cozy bedroom, while the charming sleeping gallery with its own living room on the 1st floor offers additional space. A special highlight is the large Finnish sauna, which offers you a fantastic view of the Bavarian Forest.

Looking for a place to unwind? In our Time Out Moments house, which is located on an approximately 3,000 square meter property, you can take a break from everyday life. Either as a couple, with friends or with your whole family. The house is equipped with a sauna and two bathrooms with a rain shower. In the garden you will find a hammock, fireplace and grill as well as a lot for children.
