Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

In an approx. 250 sqm terraced former beer garden with barbecue area, old chestnuts and linden natural shade donate.

My modern equipped apartment is centrally located - close to the old town (but still quiet) in a new building directly on the shore of Regen and Danube with a swimming beach at your doorstep The old town (Steinernen Brücke, Dom) can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. The nearby Danube shopping center, the cinema, beer gardens as well as Netto, Edeka, etc. are also in the immediate vicinity. Balcony with 2 sun loungers including table and chairs.

Explore Regensburg with our bikes, go swimming in the rain or enjoy the fantastic view of Regensburg from Dreifaltigkeitberg. Use of the bikes is at your own risk! A bus stop is only a few steps away.
