Monthly Rentals in Lower Little River

The location and setting were everything we hoped for. We were able to get to all of the communities we wanted to investigate and found a couple we really like a lot. The boat house was perfect for us as a home base. Jack was there to greet us when we arrived, showed us the details we needed, and met with us the morning we left. We had a delightful time.

Great place to stay. Very convenient to downtown. There were a lot of extra touches that we loved. The chips, soda, coffee. There was even some breakfast food and oj. Beds were comfy, house was clean and smelled good. Would def stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was impeccably clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. The AC worked great, keeping us cool throughout our stay. What made the experience even better were the exceptional hosts. They went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of and always responded quickly to any questions or needs. The location was also perfect—nestled in a lovely town with everything close by, from restaurants to shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place!

Very nice and comfortable stay. We really enjoyed seeing and petting the horses, goats, and barn cats. We were visiting for Emerald Hollow Mine and found this beautiful and comfortable air bnb. Great spot for looking at the night sky too.
