On the ground floor there is the hallway, the fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, the bathroom with shower/bathtub and the separate toilet and access to the garden. Over a staircase you get to the upper floor. Here is the living room with three large windows and an old wooden floor. Our favorite place is the cosy large sofa. . Here you can read, watch TV or just rest. A staircase leads to the second upper floor with a large window of the window forwards and a window of the roof. We have not carpets here, too, there is a beautiful old wooden floor. Double bed and built-in wardrobes. Via another steep staircase you reach the pointed floor. There is a very small room. For children a true paradise.

Completely newly renovated & furnished 22Qm/ 1 room apartment. There is a private access to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is a small kitchen, with ceramic hob, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also includes a separate washroom with a sink and a hairdryer, as well as a shower. There is also a TV, dressers, and a dining table with 2 chairs. Generous, light-flooded & absolutely quiet architectural house with large garden about 15 min. from downtown Lübeck in the old fishing village Schlutup. Suitable for relaxation, well-being, tranquility or creative work as well as as as a starting point for Baltic Sea trips (e.g. Travemünde) or trips to Lübeck (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Within walking distance: outdoor swimming pool, trave, supermarket, organic bakery, border museum etc. Enough privacy through three bedrooms. Terrace for 12 people.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Charming country house close to Lubeck/Baltic sea

The cozy house is an old farm house which got renovated in 2014. The interior is a mixture of French Brocante/Flea Market style (which matches the old wooden elements of the house) with the new elements, yet all rooms and everything is completely newly renovated in 09/2014. There is a floor heating in the bathroom and normal heating system elsewhere. Palingen used to be a GDR border village, so normal citizens were not allowed, only frontier soldiers. Everything survived very charming.
