Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. In our lovingly furnished apartment you can relax wonderfully - everything is available to feel comfortable - music, fresh bed linen, space to tell, a spacious balcony for breakfast in the sun, sun set in a beach chair, books and games, internet access ..... The bathroom and toilet has just been redesigned with floor level access to the shower and glass partition. Everything is freshly painted light grey and a new design floor has been laid throughout the apartment.

The terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. Parking in the public parking garage (200 m) is free. Bicycles are safe on the premises. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.
