Es liegt am Rande des Natur-und Landschaftsschutzgebietes Wakenitzniederung, ideal für 2 bis 3 Personen. Der große Wohnraum ist mit einem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen und einem weiteren, abgeteilten Einzelbett ausgestattet. Die Küche mit Essplatz liegt in einem zweiten Raum, vor dem eigenen Eingang eine kleine sonnige Terasse.
