A feel-good house, individually and high-quality furnished, with its own sauna house and natural pool (on our neighboring property), all protected from sight and fenced. New: with photovoltaic systems and electric charging station. Our wellness area is located on our neighboring property: a luxuriously furnished house with spacious sauna, sunbathing area overlooking the natural pool, large shower area and toilet. Outdoors there is also a privacy-protected sunbathing area, with natural pool (without chemistry).

The beautiful garden with 3 terraces, playground, barbecue area, lounge, beach chair, sun loungers and outdoor hot tub (37.5°) with wooden deck offers plenty of space for relaxation and recreation. Our vacation home Unter Reet is 800 m from the beach and is within walking distance. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature, you will find your place here. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow, trees provide shade in the heat. Those looking for variety can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and the A20 Hamburg in 1.5 hours. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Path.

Enjoy a break with friends or family at this noble place. Manor house with lots of space in stately rooms. On the ground floor, you have an exclusive 100 m² fireplace room with country kitchen. On the 1st floor there are the 6 bedrooms with new box spring beds and bathrooms en suite, accessible by a small staircase from the fireplace room or via the main stairs.
