Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lugano District

Very nice, professionally developed Rustico. The attention to detail and the sense of the function and the respective material are unmistakable. Even in not so sunny weather, it can be perfectly switched off. Arriving by public transport was problem-free and the walk for shopping is absolutely feasible for somewhat active people. We are already considering when we will come back.

We had a fantastic time in Sessa – a beautiful place with local village life and perfect base for trips to the Lugano - Lake Maggiore region. Jonas' house is very charming, has an authentic atmosphere, everything was as described online. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances and basic ingredients, which makes the stay very pleasant for families. Communication with Jonas was very relaxed, he was always accessible and made sure we were introduced well into the house. We would love to visit Jonas' house again and would highly recommend.

Mirella’s place the was most beautiful Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at, we loved our stay so much we want to make an annual trip! Lovely experience all around, we were so sad to leave!

Riccardo & Vittoria put a lot of effort into it and they are very warm and great hosts! Very friendly and straightforward. We enjoyed the stay very much and felt at home. The four of us had enough space, it was cozy and comfortable. We were able to relax really well. In this environment, we simply enjoyed the tranquility. The views and the vastness were great. The possibilities for different experiences in nature and explorations are diverse. The people in the village are very likeable. We had everything we wanted and can recommend it to everyone. We were on vacation with two teenagers and enjoyed the time very much. Very spacious accommodation with a spectacular view. There was everything that made the family vacation easier. Excursions to the surrounding area are very possible because of a convenient location. Had a great time despite the rain. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Family trip with a 2 year old. Very clean and well arranged accommodation. Everything was new. We spent a lot of time indoors as no luck with the weather. Sandro and his girlfriend are charming and very helpful. Car is required to reach the different amenities (store, restaurant, etc.)

Louise’s flat is a real gem, from the location to the characterful building all the way to the interior design it’s an amazing place. Overlooking the lake of Lugano - as in 1m away from the lake - in the old fisher men’s village of Gandria with a bunch of cool restaurants within 100m, the flat has a unique vibe and provides all you need for a wonderful vacation, Louise is a fantastic host and super responsive. 5 stars without any doubt.

The apartment is located in Aldesago, very close to the Lugano city and with breathtaking view on the lake - the area is really well commuted (bus no. 12 or funicular). Inside you have everything you need - nicely equipped kitchen, superclean bathroom and very comfortable beds! The view from terrace is truly stunning! It was also so nice to be able using swimming pool belonging to the facility! Although we’ve been already in Lugano few times before, I think, this staying was the best one ;) P.S. the owners are angels 😇

Responsive and accommodating host nothing to repeat

I highly recommend this apartment for accommodation! Super location, close to the lake and where nightlife lovers gather for a glass on the shore. Apartment is fitted with all the necessary utilities. Very suitable for two couples , as there are two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Stunning spacious balcony with a beautiful view for your breakfasts or dinners. We would love to stay there again, which I wish you too! :)

We had a great experience at the apartment. The location is good, next to the university and it is possible to walk to the park or downtown. The apartment is well equipped, clean, and the management service is great.

We spent 4 days in a beautiful villa in the heart of Lugano. Close to everything you need to see, eat and enjoy in Lugano. We definitely recommend it to those who prefers a classic style vs modern glass and beton. Special thanks to Nicoletta- great host!

Home away from home, the apartment has all you need, complimentary daily cleaning, brilliant optional breakfast and a lot of lovely design details and personal touches. The only unfortunate and disturbing thing was a squeeky bed which kept waking us. We had a great time and definitely reccomend the guesthouse 🙂

We had a great stay in Lugano. The apartment was perfect for our visit. It is quietly located and easily accessible by public transport. Communication with Davide was really good and everything was exactly as described. We will be happy to come back.

This is my second time staying here! This time was even better than the last: the pictures do not do it justice! The view is amazing!! Raefela is an amazing host, she even bought us groceries, and helped us plan our day. Don’t hesitate to book: this is our go to location for Lugano!

Excellent stay in Lugano, we were really happy with the location (short bus ride from the city and train station), and it was such a beautiful place to walk around. Very safe, impeccably clean, and solid use of space. We'd love to stay here again!

It is a super nice stay at the Maison de Coco we were warmly welcomed by Nuria. The apartment is furnished with loving details and very clean... Parking is available right in front of the house By train( from Capella Agnuzzo) you can get to Lugano very quickly. The train runs every 15 minutes.

We had a great stay here and would be happy to return in the future.

I highly recommend Andrea's place. The studio is furnished with love, maintained with a lot of commitment and you will find everything you need. A welcome gift, fresh flowers, a package of spaghetti with sauce... and other little touches that round off the stay. Andrea is very open, sympathetic and a passionate host. Thank you! Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!
