It is not necessary to use the car during the stay to access the purchase of provisions. The house is very tastefully decorated, it has a gallery with grill and a very well-kept garden. 28 beautiful days we spent with my partner and daughter in Sigi's house. The neighborhood is really calm. Easily accessible. Very close to main entrances (Panamericana). Very friendly security people. The house is as seen in the photos. All splendor. As she has small children and I went with my little daughter they left us hundreds of toys. I didn't need to take her anything. He played all the time and was happy. The pool is a spectacle. Gigante. The park is very large and with games for boys as it says in the description (trampoline, slide, hammock and wooden house). My happy baby. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is very clean. I was offered to go the sinkhole, the gardener and a person to clean once a week. Excellent. They always available by wa for whatever we need. Very quiet the neighbors, I didn't hear them. The kitchen is very complete, comfortable to cook. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

The building, apartment and decor are just so beautiful if was hard to leave the space to tour the city:) The location is central convenient, the views are amazing and every detail of the decor feels considered and inviting without being fussy. The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

Lucia and her team responded immediately, even though we had to make a last-minute reservation on a Sunday almost at night. The team's efficiency was very helpful. The depto is full of light and terraces. It's spacious and well separated environments by long hallways. We love the area with great restaurants around: Amano, Los Burladores and Roux (with a Michelin star). There are everything around including laundry less than two blocks away. Very happy with this apartment.

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

The apartment is very comfortable, everything worked correctly, mainly the internet service, the terrace is spectacular by the view and to hang out on a sunny afternoon and a great plus is to have the garage inside the building with security staff. In the vicinity of the building there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, bus stops and some places of interest such as the park of the faculty of agronomy and the house of Julio Cortázar. I would recommend leaving some spare waste bag as well as some additional roll of paper for the bathroom, it is a very good place to stay in Capital Federal.

One block away is the subte. Crossing the avenue are the additional bus stops an immense and beautiful park. Nearby places for market shopping. I call myself powerfully the attention of the bathroom.
