A beautiful large lounge with 65" smart tv, refrigerator, microwave oven and lovely garden views. The bright and spacious bedroom is compete with a superking bed and 50" TV. There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

The Shippen barn conversion near Crosby beach

‘The Shippen’ is our barn conversion, which was once part of a small working dairy farm. High beamed ceilings give a spacious, rustic feel and the double sided log burner makes the living spaces cosy. A ‘home from home’ for our guests, and many return to stay again. Ideally placed to explore Merseyside, Liverpool, Anthony Gormley’s ‘Another Place’ at Crosby Beach, the Sefton coastal towns to Southport, Aintree racecourse, Knowsley Safari Park and Aughton, the Michelin Star capital of the North!

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

The Aughton Street Annexe

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located annexe, with its own separate entrance. Close to Ormskirk town centre and various local amenities, The Annexe provides the perfect base. A 5 minute walk to the town centre and the numerous fantastic shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Or hop on a train with cities of Liverpool and Preston only a short 25 minute journey. Why not enjoy a drink or meal in our own gastropub ,The Cricketers Ormskirk, again only 5 mins walk away.

My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

The bedroom with en suite bathroom, leads directly from the lounge and features a patio doors to access the patio with chairs and beautiful gardens.
