Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

House of 44 sqm with the possibility of accommodating five people. The house is beautifully located overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. The island's landscape is diverse, with open sea and cliffs to the west, and small farms and forests in the centre.

Large terrace overlooking the sea, there is also a Jacuzzi and a fireplace. On the other side of the house there is a lovely lounge group with a modern exclusive gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Two sofas are available, one in the tower and one in the living room.

Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. Vårt parhus i Mollösund Tången är ett semesterboende med det lilla extra. Huset är modernt och välutrustat med allt som behövs för en trivsam semester i hjärtat av Bohuslän. Huset är dimensionerat för att 6 personer ska kunna bo bekvämt men det går att få plats med ytterligare 2-3 personer vid behov. I priset ingår tillgång till vår sjöbod och Tångens privata badplatser. Tången ligger ca 500m (15 min promenad) öster om Mollösunds gamla samhälle.

It takes about 10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store and 15 minutes to Skärhamn, which is the largest town on Tjörn. 3 bicycles are available to rent for SEK 100/bicycle per day. Famous climbing spots within walking distance. Good roads for cycling or hiking.
