Además, ofrecemos una cama supletoria bajo demanda, ideal para familias o pequeños grupos que necesiten un extra. Está completamente equipado con cocina funcional, Wi-Fi de alta velocidad, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, ropa de cama y toallas. El diseño combina calidez, estilo y practicidad, cuidando cada detalle para que te sientas como en casa, garantizando orden, limpieza y una experiencia tranquila. El acceso está reservado exclusivamente a los huéspedes registrados en la reserva. No se permiten fiestas, eventos ni fumar en el interior del apartamento. Es amplio, luminoso y con una decoración muy cuidada. Piso muy discreto, sin vecinos enfrente, con grandes vistas abiertas a Madrid y ascensor directo al interior. Cuenta con dos terrazas. Mobiliario antiguo, piezas únicas, wifi, TV pantalla cine, Prime, Netflix, 3 aires acondicionados, etc. Vivienda con mucha paz. Tiene dos habitaciones y una cama XL extra en el altillo. NO SE PERMITEN FIESTAS. El piso está provisto de toallas, sábanas, gel, utensilios de cocina, TV, etc. Datos del registro en proceso.

Muy luminoso, con una terraza llena de plantas tropicales, en la que disfrutar de un buen desayuno o relajarse con una copa de vino. Uso no turístico de corta duración. Bien situado, al lado del parque de Madrid río y Matadero, a 15 minutos andando de Sol, Museo Reina Sofía, El Rastro, y la estación de tren de Atocha.
