Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm je 500m), das historische Stadtzentrum (Nikolaikirche 800m) aber auch die umliegende Natur sind prinzipiell fußläufig erreichbar. The apartment (with electric charging station*) is located in a quiet location near a city. Several popular hiking and cycling trails lead directly from the house through the Allgäu. The approx. 55 sqm apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a sofa bed and TV as well as a balcony to the south side.
