Our beautiful, bright vacation apartment was completed in 2017. If you are looking for relaxation and tranquility near the lake (beach and view), you are in the right place in Litzelstetten. A large living-dining area and a bedroom with a double bed invite you to relax. The apartment is fully equipped with oak parquet and has a fully equipped kitchen including oven, refrigerator, coffee machine (Senseo) and dishwasher. In addition, there is of course a bathroom with shower and toilet.

A newly built, modern self-contained apartment located directly by the forest and yet close to the centre. You can expect a 30-square-metre bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a private modern bathroom with a shower, and a combined kitchen and living room. There is an additional sofa bed with a sleeping surface of 1.10 x 1.86 m. You can enjoy the sun in your own front yard. For children, there is a slide and swing available for shared use in the private garden area.

Our cozy apartment is ideal for 1–3 guests who want a relaxing break away from the hectic city. A great starting point for excursions by bike or on foot into the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. The lake is only a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (about 15 minutes) leads to the old town.
