In the heart of the Bohemian Uplands, on a fenced property with a garden, a pond, and a stream. Rented as an entire house, it is suitable for guests seeking peace, privacy, and a stay in nature. Here, you won't find the hustle and bustle of the city or neighbouring houses—it's the perfect place for a slower pace, relaxation, and tranquillity. The cottage is located approximately 5 km from Litoměřice and offers the possibility of excursions in the surrounding area of the Bohemian Massif.

A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.
