The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located in Limhamn, close to Malmö Arena (about 4 km) and to Malmö city (about 5 km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two burners, oven and microwave. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. In the apartment, there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it, but some atmospheric candles can be lit. Free Internet and large TV selection.

Malmö is a perfect city for cycling and we have two bikes you can borrow to explore the city. If you come by car, there is street parking outside. Welcome to our home!

Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.

Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
