We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. As there are stairs down, it is not accessible. It is free street parking but date parking.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Lovely one bedroom 62 kv/m apartment with an amazing view to Copenhagen water kanal and privet parking included. Apartment is not in the city center, but it won’t take more then 20 min walk or 7 min by bicycle to Copenhagen center. And 10 min walk to a shopping mole Fisketorvet. You can enjoy sunny evenings on a balcony with a cold drink. The building is from 2021 and the neighborhood is new too. Train station Dybbølsbro is on a walk distance. Water-bus goes to our location too.
