We have created a calm, serene country-style cottage with all the trimmings, located on a separate block of land against the backdrop of the bush teeming with local wildlife. You can relax on the porch in the morning or evening watching the golden light make its way across the valley, while enjoying a coffee or wine and seasonal treats from our greenhouse, or larder. Enjoy the Fryers Ridge Nature Reserve with many kilometers of tracks, fantastic for hiking, mountain biking and horse riding.

The perfect romantic escape. A bespoke tiny house nestled under the gum trees overlooking a country cottage style garden. With kitchenette + own bathroom + loft style bed, it has everything you need for a special night away. Including a fire pit + outdoor dining space, along with wood heater inside it's perfect for all seasons. Breakfast of hand gathered eggs, bread, milk supplied for Fri - Sun stays. Loft bed is up a ladder. We do have peacocks, dogs, mini goats, + poultry on the property.

School House No. 1083 Kyneton

School House was built in Lauriston in the 1860's and was later transported to central Kyneton. Honouring the original character and charm, it has been beautifully restored and is surrounded by your own private garden, veranda, BBQ and entertainment area. School House has private entry. Studio-style with one large room consisting of a queen bed, single sofa-bed, lounge and modern kitchen and bathroom. School House has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

A country escape for nature lovers. Very spacious with large lounge dining room leading out to front deck with spectacular views along with 2nd sitting room with a BBQ deck. Both bedrooms have a king bed and storage. There are 2 bathrooms one up and one down and a second toilet off the laundry downstairs Well equipped kitchen including pizza oven and espresso machine. Your welcome pack consists of home made pizza and fudge. Fire place available from 1st May to 30th September.

House is freestanding on a sizeable 1.5 acre property. The owners residence is on the same block of land facing perpendicular to this property (see photos for further clarification). We are just a short walk from Malmsbury Railway Station. This region hosts Castlemaine Art Festival, Harcourt Apple Fest . Great restaurants, cafes in nearby historic Piper St Kyneton and Malmsbury farmers market. This is an area not to be missed located 55 minutes from Melbourne and just 25 minutes to Daylesford.
