L'era d'en Jepet, countryside home near Barcelona

Typical catalan countryside house, recently refurbished maintaining its original charm and character. It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. El Gresol is a rural mountain village house, featuring 3 floors and a large private garden. It is located in Senan (Tarragona) 80 minutes from Barcelona airport and 45 minutes from the beach. Next to the "Poblet Monastery" and "Vallbona de les Monges". The village of Senan is one of the 5 smallest villages in Catalonia where peace and nature are our main allies. The environment favors an ideal disconnection, perfect for getting away from the busy city life.

La Era de cal Peró is a two-storey house with a capacity for two people. On the first floor are the bedroom and bathroom. An interior staircase leads to the second floor, where the living room, dining room, and kitchen are located. The living room has sound and television equipment. You can put a fold in case you go with a child. Two large windows open onto a large terrace with garden table and chairs overlooking the entire valley.

The house is supplied with solar energy and well water and is heated with firewood from the same farm. In a nearby house you will find the farmers who take care of a herd of goats from which they make cheeses. There are also horses, chickens, dogs, vegetable gardens and fruit trees.
