Very nice place it’s close to all the action but far enough away to get some good sleep at night and you can’t be the price.

Excellent apartment 23rd floor. Pratumnak hill and partial see/ pool view. Sun shines in the afternoon. All amenities working. Kitchen has stove, and a cooking panel, kettle and toaster. Huge mirror in bathroom. 2 sets of keys, multiple sets of towels. Nong and Pon were helpful, and helped with scooter parking permit. Unixx condo location is almost perfect - 10-15min walk to walking street and Bali Hai Pier. Only con is there are no good restaurants nearby except caffe on premise. Flexible checkout.

Mihael and Phan are simply great hosts. Very professional. They speak perfect English. They always respond immediately. They really care about your comfort and will do their best to help you with your needs. The place looks just like shown in the photos, very clean and very well equipped. If I ever plan to come back to Pattaya, I’d sure love to stay here again.
