Monthly Rentals in Maple Bluff

I stayed at this apartment for 7 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is clean and has an excellent location (walking distance to the city center and the university campus). The kitchen has a lot of high quality equipment, which makes it pleasant to cook here. The only downside is that the sound insulation in the apartment is not great. This is not really an issue as it is a quiet neighborhood, but on two nights a week (Wednesdays and Sundays) a garbage truck collects the trash from right below the window at 3:30 am. Apart from that, my stay was exceptional.

It's hard for me to express how awesome it was to stay at Gerardo's AirBNB. Gerardo, Jess, and their family treated us like we were part of their community and family. They were absolutely lovely and kind and generous. Their place was quiet, comfortable, clean, and well appointed for a long term stay. The location was excellent and convenient to downtown and centrally located to so many places I needed and wanted to go. We ended up staying longer than we expected due to our home getting renovated. Between moving x-country and having a reno, we had a lot of details and stress to move through- but staying w/ Gerardo and Jess was one area where we felt comfortable and cared for. I can't recommend their hospitality enough. <3

Kim is very responsive and accomodating. Could not ask for abetter host. The apartment is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is in a charming and walkable neighborhood. I will stay here again.

The place was extremely nice and modern, and the surrounding neighborhoods are great! You’re very close to the capital, restaurants, and a gas station. Finding the place was easy, but I did struggle to keep the webpage with our room and code information up on safari. There may be a way to view it in the app, but I could not figure that out. Very small complaint compared to the overall experience though. The host was very responsive, friendly, and answered all my questions, which was greatly appreciated!
