Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mapleton

I’m obsessed with this apartment! It being a former church made for the coolest experience! The first thing that caught my eye were the large windows that kept the space so bright while also keeping the apartment private. It was spacious for being a one bedroom. We used the kitchen 2 of the 3 nights and it was great:) All in all, no complaints! Wish it was my everyday apartment!

Very clean. Didn’t feel like a basement apartment other than hearing people upstairs walking which is expected. Nice beds and big rooms. Thermostat is upstairs and it did get a little cold but messaged host to ask to turn it up and she responded immediately. Lots of heaters and blankets to help with the cold as well. Would stay here again

Wonderful place to stay, beautiful location and they respected my privacy and were available if I needed anything. The inside was super clean and it felt very welcoming as you walked in. Absolutely would stay here again.

Great little gem with a view you won't forget ... we got right in and had an awesome experience.

My wife and I stayed at Marney's place for 2 months (February and March 2025). We were made to feel very welcome and Marney was very responsive to our needs. The neighborhood was great, the neighbors were friendly, and the location was perfect for our needs: convenient to shopping for food and close to the bottom of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Marney's description of the Sunday get-togethers at her house was accurate, and we did not mind hearing people above us having a good time for a few hours on Sunday afternoons. There are no outside views from this well-lit basement apartment, but a short step outside gives you access to all the views of the Wasatch that you could want. We feel that Marney is a new friend and we look forward to seeing her in the future.

Great place to stay. Nice house. Convenient easy to use laundry. It was very convenient for skiing, especially with having the garage to park in. It was nice to be able to see the mountains from the house both to the east and west. Definitely plan to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stayed at Chris place. We were in town for our father’s funeral and Chris place felt right at home during these difficult times. We will definitely be back again in the nearest future.

We really enjoyed staying here. The home was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The home felt more spacious than we even expected. Amy was attentive to us and always available. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. We were in town for our son’s wedding and each night we felt like we were heading home at the end of the day. I would recommend this home.

Great condo, in a great location. Five of us stayed for the week, very comfortably. Condo was well stocked with basic necessities, including bath products like shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion. There is a shuttle that will come pick you up right outside of condo entrance and take you to Alta for skiing. The shuttle can also take you to restaurants in the evening anywhere in Alta or Snowbird. Alta skiing is amazing. The condo is ski in/out to Snowbird, but of note, you have to be at an intermediate skier to do it.

Evan was an outstanding host. He was responsive and helpful from before I booked when I had some questions, leading up until check-in and then throughout our stay. He was able to shuffle some stuff around for us to make our stay even more comfortable. Evan gave local suggestions for some restaurants to try, and also told me early to make a spa reservation so we can use the rooftop outdoor (heated) pool and hot tub set to the backdrop of the mountains...it was unforgettable! The unit itself was perfectly situated, very close to the ski lockers and the Peruvian lift and the Tram. Also, it was as pictured and incredibly comfortable (even the sofa bed was shockingly comfortable, as those can be hit or miss), and we even enjoyed a soak in the private hot tub looking at the ski slopes at the end of a long day. Truly we loved every bit of our stay and will certainly reach out to Evan for our next trip to Snowbird!

this is a wonderful property for a visit to area family. very clean and generous amenities all around. Angela was quickly responsive A very good value in a convenient location. we would surely stay again!

It was exactly what we expected and needed it to be. Location is great for getting to main st Midway or cross country skiing. The homestead crater is right across the street. If you have energetic neighbors upstairs, it can be a bit loud. But, overall the place and stay were great.

We walked in and felt right at home. The home was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing views over the golf course of the mountains. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The added bonus was a washer and dryer that we were able to use for our snowboarding gear. It was so nice that the kitchen had spices and that the bathrooms were stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Everything there was thoughtfully put together for their guests. We enjoyed grilling out and spending time together as a family around the fireplace in the evenings. We made so many wonderful memories! This place is perfect & immaculately maintained. There are so many things to do in the area as well. We look forward to coming back here and visiting again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The place was everything and more than we needed. Well furnished and plenty of towels, linens and kitchen ware. Beautiful scenery and very close to restaurants and stores, etc.
