Also ideal for kite-surfing enthusiasts, thanks to the possibility of ample space to recondition the equipment. The location is strategic: about 10 minutes from the centre of Marsala; about 10 minutes from the equipped beaches of the south coast; just 2.5 km from the Stagnone Reserve and the main kite-surfing schools; easily accessible from Trapani-Birgi airport (transfer available on request). It should be noted that the structure is located within a circuit of narrow streets typical of Marsala's urban planning. Description of the accommodation (about 50 square meters): Living room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and cot and two private bathrooms with shower.
