Stay out of the ordinary with exclusive decor, and uniquely located on a large natural plot. The villa is from 2022 and contains, among other things, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, as well as a master bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There is also a nice utility room and gamer room for children. The garden is 5000m ² and private. Equipped with garden games, trampoline, play tower, etc., as well as a large furnished lounge terrace. Gas grill and Pizza oven. 10 min. to Kerteminde beach and Odense C. Netflix, Disney & Showtime. Caution about using furniture.

The home is close to downtown and bike path that takes you right to the city's pulse. You will have a private entrance, private toilet and bathroom, small kitchen with hot plate, electric kettle, sink, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is access to large garden with several eateries, ping pong table and trampoline that you share with the landlord. There are bikes you can borrow. If you need a baby bed, we can handle it. And a mattress for a child is also possible. We have private parking on the property where you can park for free.

Minimum 2 nights - minimum 2 nights. Super location in short distance to the city center, with dining options, cafes and museums. Parking right at the door as well as supermarket, bakery and tank station. There is a private terrace with garden furniture - both covered and for sun, barbecue and fire pit. Everything is newly renovated. Note: Linen packages DKK 50,/per person (consisting of bed linen, 4 towels, bath mat, tea towels, etc.) mandatory. The home is not suitable for children or people with walking disabilities.
