Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

Casa Rosina è una casa completamente ristrutturata ma che conserva ancora un'atmosfera di altri tempi. Situata in collina , si trova in un borgo medievale con pochissimi abitanti ,dove si può godere del silenzio, immersi nella natura e con una splendida vista sulle montagne. Potrete trascorrere un bellissimo soggiorno, godendo di tutti i confort e soprattutto godervi il giardino molto curato e la piscina. In pochissimo tempo potete raggiungere le bellissime città di Lucca e Pisa .

Inside the house, there are stairs to go up to the sleeping area and 5 steps to go to the kitchen… for those with small children, if you tell us in time, we will look for gates to make everything safe and the possibility of a camping cot. Casa Colibrì is a perfectly renovated country house with every comfort immersed in the typical Tuscan countryside, just 3 km from the historic centre. Up to six people can stay there and it is accompanied by a private garden equipped with table, umbrella, sunbeds and heated hydromassage. On the ground floor there is a modern living area with a kitchen, a dining area, a large living room with sofa and smart Tv, a bathroom and a storage room.

My accommodation is located in Massarosa, 10 minutes drive from Viareggio 20 from Lucca and 30 from Pisa, nearby you can find beautiful panoramic views, the beaches of Versilia, Lake Massaciuccoli, Piazza dei miracoli in Pisa with the leaning tower , the fabulous Apuan Alps, the Pucciniano theater, Pietrasanta art city etc.I will like my accommodation for these reasons: tranquility. My accommodation is suitable for couples and families.

Borgometato – Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

The villa is in a picturesque SECLUDED LOCATION with magnificent views in a large garden, 25 minutes from Pisa Airport, 5 minutes from the Massarosa A 11 exit. The villa is the individual refuge of our family, which we use a lot. We are pleased to make our favorite place available to guests since spring 2019. The villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people, approx. 450 square meters.
