Charming private room in a farmhouse

Our farmhouse is situated at the famous black forest western hiking trail and on a hill with views overlooking three countries. Our guest room offers a small kitchen unit with a fridge where our guests can prepare breakfast and cold meals. There is no water supply in the bedroom but in the spacious bathroom opposite. You can find restaurants from vegan, traditional to haute cusine within a less than a mile. There are buses to Basel, Lörrach and Kandern. By car it takes 20 minutes to Basel.

Quiet guesthouse in romantic surroundings!

Recently built guesthouse on the property of an old mill. We (two families) live in the main building. Both apartments have a seperate entrance and a terrace showing to the little creek which gives it a romantic touch. The place is 10 km from Basel which can be reached by bus or train in about 30 minutes. In the village nearby you´ll find a supermarket and other stores. Good starting point to explore the Black Forrest. The mixture of nature and civilisation makes it a special place!

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Enjoy beautiful days with the whole family in this fully modernized place in the beautiful border triangle. The apartment is newly renovated and fully equipped. From the cozy rocking chair for reading and relaxing to the children's play corner, it has it all. The border triangle (Germany/France/Switzerland) is a special place and the apartment has a perfect connection to local and long-distance transport. By train, you can reach the heart of Basel in 15 minutes.

The resort for nature lovers is located in the middle of the Southern Black Forest Biosphere Reserve. Above the cloud sea of the Rhine plain stands our beautiful forest house. Start your hikes right outside the door on the Westweg, or mountain bike tour through the Black Forest. Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30min. To Basel, France is 45 minutes away, Freiburg an hour. Feldberg 45 minutes. Attention: Schweigmatt swimming pool only for club members.

Pfaffenberg is a small village at 700 meters above sea level above the Wiesen Valley with proximity to Switzerland and France. Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to three guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from near and far.

Schöne Wohnung zwischen Basel und Schwarzwald

Beautiful, quiet apartment with patio and shared garden, with private entrance. Located quietly but quite centrally. It is only a 7-minute walk to S-Bahn 6 to Basel, and 150 m to the nearest supermarket. Downtown Schopfheim is approx. 1 km. If you feel comfortable in a medieval small town with beautiful shops and restaurants, and want to visit Basel and the Black Forest, you are in good hands here. The Wiese river is 100 m to the west.

Our apartment is about 73 m² and is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance. It is lovingly decorated and can accommodate 4 people. Kitchen, modern bathroom, dining room, great bedroom and even a fun game night for all ages is provided... Large apartment in the middle of the old village center. The accommodation has a coffee maker, kettle and fridge. A kitchen is not available. Shops are within walking distance. The A5 and A98 highways can be reached in no time, Basel and France can be reached in just a few minutes! The accommodation is designed for two people, Not suitable for children.

This stylish property is perfect as a starting point for day trips to the tri-border area and nearby Black Forest. From here you can reach great excursion destinations in a short time. The S-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk away. Every 30 minutes you can reach Basel in 15 minutes, or in 15 minutes to Zell im Wiesental, at the foot of the Black Forest.
