We had the best stay at Lizzy’s place. Communication was 10/10 and check in was really easy. Lizzy was really nice, just a pleasure to deal with. The accommodation was spotless! Definitely the cleanest place we have ever stayed (I couldn’t stop saying how clean it was!). We loved the property, the garden, the location. It was better than we expected. Outside furniture for winter sun would be a great addition (we had a slight mishap with an old bench but Lizzy was very understanding and happy to put it right). Will definitely recommend this property to friends.

Could not fault this perfect place! It had everything you would want and was lovely and clean. Location was beautiful and you can see the sea from the front door! Amazing value and would definitely stay again!

The Boathouse is set in beautiful, peaceful countryside. Sarah and Alex are great hosts and we really appreciated the welcome wine, flowers shortbread and card. It was good to know they were close by if we needed anything but appreciated being able to enjoy a relaxing few days away from everything. Being able to use the field just up the drive from the Boathouse to walk the dog is a real bonus. The house is very well equipped, including the kitchen and the bed is very comfortable. Another time we would pick up a grocery shop on our way through Falmouth so that we could stay local to the Boathouse. The instructions to reach the Boathouse are very clear. The roads do get very narrow as you get closer to the house but once there you are in the middle of delightful countryside with lots of opportunities for great walks nearby.
