Vacation rentals with beach access in Mazara del Vallo

Very nice, small apartment on the ground floor with space to park your car and direct access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, although the electric kettle was missing (but we're in Italy - coffee and wine dominated here!:)) There were also sun loungers and umbrellas for the beach. A good base for Palermo, Trapani, and Segesta. Giuseppe received us in person, explained everything thoroughly. He also recommended us a great restaurant for Christmas dinner.

We stayed here for a week in April (Sport Climbing and various excursions). I can absolutely recommend the apartment. Spacious, with a large terrace, well-equipped kitchen and very clean. The location is perfect. In 2 minutes there is a bakery, fishmonger, and supermarket. The center can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We parked in front of the apartment. San Vito Lo Capo is an absolutely fantastic place. For those who practice sport climbing,... absolutely worth a try!

Overall we had a good time. Sebastiano was a great and very helpful host. For example we had a little trouble getting there by public transport (which we really wouldn’t recommend, a car is very practical in this area!) and he send his mother to pick us up from a city nearby. Selinunte was at that time of year very very quiet and empty and the beaches had a lot of algae - maybe consider this if you’re looking into spending time there. The kitchen was well equipped and cooking there was comfortable. The inner courtyard was very cozy, although obviously sealed off from the outside world.

Gianfranco is a wonderful host, even without ever seeing us he was very punctual and everything was perfect. From arrival to departure, every time I texted him or called him, he was always super responsive. The house is really nice, comfortable and clean. My wife, our children and I had a great time. One of the things we enjoyed most was the outdoor shower. Lastly, the most magical thing... the splendid view from the garden: sea view of Favignana and Levanzo.

Lovely apartment, and Anna was an excellent host. Lots to do in the area and further afield. Wonderful roof terrace with great views. Highly recommend.

The apartment is highly recommended and the view from the balcony drinking coffee to the sea in the morning was simply a dream. The beach right outside the front door is great and not much visited. We will be happy to come back

The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. It has everything you need! It's also in a great location. You can see the sea from the balcony and listen to the birds in the park. Bars, restaurants – everything is reachable in a few minutes' walk. Valentina took great care of us. Thanks to their restaurant tips, we had delicious food.

Alessandro’s place was comfortable for us. The location is excellent but be aware that his street is under construction so you cannot drive up to the building, if you arrive by car. Hopefully this will finish up soon. It was very quiet at night.

We had a wonderful time at Rosanna's beach house. Rosanna welcomed and warmly and we felt right at home. She gave us tips for things to do and was always easily accessible. The sea on the front door is beautiful and very suitable for small children.

We had great time in Alcamo. The apartment is very comfortable and nice. There are 2 bathrooms which is very handy. The terrace is a good place to spend time. There is also a washing machine, toys for the beach and soft blankets :). You really appreciate them during colder evenings. The nearby beach stretches for 10km and is clean. Water is turquoise. There are some shops nearby, bakery and lot of supermarkets in the cities around Alcamo. Stefano is a very helpful, kind and responsive host. We got spoilt with some beautiful local pastries! Thank you. We would like to come back in the future for another holidays.

nice holiday in early April 2025. The apartment is very nicely located, close to a beach. The south and west coast of Sicily are quite untouched and underdeveloped. You get a lot of tips from the host. He is always ready for you. We enjoyed visits to, among other things, selinonte, agrigento and sciacca. I recommend it! (as far as the shower is concerned: it is indeed somewhat inconvenient but there is plenty of hot (and hot) water. So not insurmountable). Grazie!

Roberto is a very welcoming host, he is very responsive and gave us some great recommendations in the area. He even brought us breakfast twice. The house has an unobstructed view of the sea with private access without sand space to settle in but with a small concrete terrace. We also enjoyed the outdoor terrace which is sheltered from the wind and where we spent very pleasant evenings. We had a good week in Sicily and the location very close to the airport (15 min) was a plus. The cities of Trapani, Palermo, Mondello, Segeste are easily accessible within 1 hour and Cefalu at 1h20.

We spent my husband's birthday and the holidays in Fulvio's comfortable villa and enjoyed a wonderful time there. The house was very clean and spacious and the mentioned amenities were provided. There is a restaurant (Graffiti) within walking distance of the house, but for the other amenities, such as a supermarket and the like, I would still recommend a rental car. Highly recommended is Mondello beach, even in the winter period it is good to stay there. Palermo city is about 20 minutes by car from the villa and the airport about 25 minutes by car. There are several (historical) sights in the area, so you won't get bored. Fulvio himself is very helpful and responded very quickly when we had a question. We would definitely recommend this place and host.

Carlo and Laura’s place is one of the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Apartment is well equipped with everything one needs at home and on the beach. One feels like at home, it’s very cosy. There is a beautiful view from their terrace. Apartment is located in a few meters from the sandy beach with crystal clear water. There are many bars and restaurants and groceries close by. And the city center is easily accessible by bus which stops close to the apartment. Communication with Carlo was easy and pleasant. Thank you Carlo and Laura for hosting us!

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

Beautiful stay in Favignana. Accommodation was beautiful , exactly as in the photos . Michele met us at the port and collected our bags which was very handy as it is only a short walk from the historic centre but would be difficult with bags along the dirt road. Michele was extremely helpful with excellent recommendations for the island and also dropped us and our bags back to the port for departure. Would definitely stay again

Very happy with Marias AirBnb! We found it very functional, very clean, everything is new and it is well suited for a family with two children (and there would also be space for a baby). There is also a terrace and a balcony behind the bedroom. The flat is well located for excursions. Restaurants, beaches and supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away. The apartment was exactly as described, no bad surprises await you here, on the contrary! The communication with Maria was very good, she always answered us immediately and was very helpful and very friendly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. All in all top and we can absolutely recommend Maria's AirBnb. Thank you very much :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Enricos apartment. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us to (a family with 2 boys 10 & 13) be very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect with just a short walk to beautiful and affordable bars and restaurants. Panificio Bakery below the apartment was the real Cherry on top when it came to having beautiful fresh pastries for breakfast on the spacious balcony. For those interested in the Culture & History of the Island Enrico provided perfect information of how to get there etc and was always very responsive if we needed a little help via text message. Mondello is an excellent base for a holiday to Sicily with good transport links everywhere. Finding free local parking close to the apartment for our hire car was easy. We give Enrico & his apartment 10/10 for everything and would definitely use it again. Thank you, Enrico, for everything.

Apartment as described with all the necessary amenities and the view from the terrace is just amazing! Very fluid and quick communication with patrizia! Thanks for everything, we'll be back!

beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.

Angela was a very kind hostess! She gave us a very warm welcome. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and easy. She recommended that we visit the pizzeria right down on the beach for the evening, which was really great and certainly the best pizza of the entire vacation! We liked the apartment and the terrace even better than what was evident from the photos. It was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. Likewise the bathroom, which also had a washing machine. All around it was a great apartment with a great and quiet location, a few meters from the center of Balestrate. It was also great that the apartment was a few meters from the beach, so you could enjoy a nice sunset on the beach with a beer or wine. Should we decide to stay in Balestrate again for a few days, we would not hesitate and would immediately like to stay with Angela in the apartment again!
