Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). You’ll love it because of the incredible views, the cabin-like setting with condo amenities, and the perfect secluded location. You can enjoy the sun and the mountains during the day, and see the milky way at night!

The space is all yours with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. This 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment has a washer/dryer, television with satellite package, DVD and VHS player, full kitchen/dining/living area and makes a great "base camp" for all the adventures Grand, Summit and Routt counties provide. The bedrooms each have a queen bed and the living area has two foldout queen couches. No smoking and no pets. There is a large area for parking, ideal for trailers.

Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.

Just a 20 minute drive from Glenwood Springs and 30 minute drive to Vail and Beaver Creek and a little over 1 hour from Aspen. The apartment is locked off from the main residence with private access and a fenced in backyard. Premises does have 2 parking spaces available but may accommodate a trailer or camper with notice. Pet Friendly to well behaved animals.

The apartment is located on the lower level of our home and is completely private. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable sofa in the living room. It also includes a fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. Mountain views visible from the living room and we are only eight minutes away from Beaver Creek! Two dogs live upstairs so best to be pet friendly.
