As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. We offer a modern, private, two bedroom guesthouse to suit 4 guests. 5th guest is welcome on request for an extra fee, but you'll need to provide your own sleeping arrangements for the extra guest. The Guesthouse is attached to the rear of our property. It is safe, private, and unique. Recommended for families and couples. You'll be close to some of the best wineries, restaurants, cafes, the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, and Alba Springs, as we are situated in the heart of the Peninsula.

It comfortably sleeps 6 guests and is a perfect base to explore all of the peninsula’s beautiful attractions. It’s a place where you can unwind and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed after enjoying the tranquil tea tree outlook from every room.

2 Bedroom Farm Cottage between the Ocean and Bay beaches at Boneo provides extra space to truly relax. You're only 7kms from Rosebud and 5 mins from the Hot Springs. The changing seasons bring new things to discover, in spring you'll see baby lambs, in Summer pick delicious Mulberries, Autumn has the apple trees bursting with fruit and then there's free range eggs from the chooks all year round. Don't forget Zeus the wonder dog. Every 3rd Saturday check out the local Boneo market.

This spacious, recently built home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 separate living spaces and ample outdoor entertaining with a huge backyard and putting green. This luxurious home is perfect for all types of stays from a romantic weekend, to multiple families and large groups of friends - sleeping up to 17 guests (up to 15 adults). The beach, Rosebud Pier and cafes are just a few minutes drive, or a pleasant walk away. The home is also central to wineries, golf courses and the hot springs.
