The setting was lovely with deer at play and a private feel. The decorations were design quality, with each piece obviously selected with care. Also, the kitchen was well stocked and would have served well for cooking (which we did not do). And, Tara and John were great hosts, friendly and proactive with support. Do be aware you will be required to drive up and down from their place to town, a short drive (with beautiful houses galore), but it requires a comfort level driving at night. The place was ideal for my summer while having to work away from home. Fortunately it was very close to my project so traffic was never a factor. I did not have to go without since this place had everything I needed, groceries and a lot of work and sleep. Staying for the summer I was able to get to know Chris and his father which made me feel more at home. I could not asked for a better situation for me. This was my first Airbnb stay and I’m happy to say it worked out great. Thank you

The apartment location is fantastic — on a cul-de-sac near the Plaza, OSF and Lithia Park. It has everything we needed - comfy bed, warm quiet heater, great desk, comfy loveseat, workable kitchen and even a washer/dryer. It was spotlessly clean. Lina was very responsive but unobtrusive. We could hear happy people upstairs during the day but not a problem. Definitely recommend!

Great spot with wonderfully communicative hosts. They were on it with a great balance of outreach and space. Place was very clean and perfect for our weekend swim meet escape. We will stay there again.

We loved this Airbnb! Although it was smaller but at the same time spacious. We made Thanksgiving dinner for 12 in the kitchen.. no problem. Great location. One of our favorite AIrbnb's. Lovely!!

This is a great spot. Joy was fantastic! Very accommodating even with me being stuck cause of car issues. I mentioned something about the neighbors dog. She immediately took care of it. The guy next door was super nice also even apologized when he saw me doing laundry. The place is a bit smaller than I expected but efficient and very cozy and comfortable. Perfect for 2 people! Really nice neighborhood. Very safe feeling and quiet with a cute park across the street. It was a little more then I like to pay but I also booked at like 9pm for that night and she was very kind and easy to work with so id say it’s worth it

It was very cozy and very equipped. It was a very nice place to stay at. I was there for a bit over a week and I really enjoyed the stay. Patsene was very sweet and her dog is very cute and friendly. 100% would recommend.

Was in town for work, so it was centrally located and easy to get to grocery stores and restaurants. Shon was really accommodating, overall a nice private and quiet stay!

Extremely homey and comfortable studio! Everything matches the description! We enjoyed the air fryer- it’s a big one and can be used as a toaster/ air fryer or oven! The pull out sofa bed was as comfortable as can be for a pull out bed- my son said as long as you lay on it right it’s great to sleep on. So maybe not for adults but fine for a kid that can lay in the middle! He slept thru the night all four nights which is a feat in and of itself. The main bed was super comfortable and had plenty of great pillows! There was a comforter for the sofa bed in the closet. Everything was clean. The swimming pool was so nice to have for hot days! There is a basketball hoop- but it’s also where the parking is. Still there were a few days the parking spaces were empty so my son could play basketball! I knocked the power out by running multiple appliances (there is a warning about this I just forgot!! ) Shon took time from his day to reset it! Very safe area! Lots of trees and quiet!

The stay was great, close enough to all the things we wanted to do in Medford, but private enough to feel out in the country of Southern Oregon.

What an amazing place to stay for a little get away! The host, Denise was so accommodating and caring. The place was immaculately clean and had everything I needed. The hot tub was amazing, and the view from the porch was breathtaking! I highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this location for a quiet, weekend getaway. The property was peaceful without activity during the winter although we could imagine a romantic, summer wedding venue. The unit was spacious and comfortable. We visited the main house which had a library, a sun room with tv, a restroom, and a coffee bar area with Keurig, tea, and snacks. Esther was helpful and responsive to our needs. We had a wonderful time!

My husband and I had the best stay here! We loved staying at the chateau for our weekend in Ashland. My favorite part was waking up, throwing open the balcony doors to let in the sunshine, birdsong, and sounds of the splashing fountains, and drinking coffee together on our private balcony. This was a magical and restful experience - next time we’re in Ashland, this will be our place to stay again!

We were extremely pleased with Anna’s cottage. Very clean, well stocked for cooking. Beautiful yard with a large Koi pond right outside. We didn’t get use the hot tub or sauna this time. We will be better prepared next visit. Truman the dog is pretty cool. Thank you Anna and Dave!
