Roadside Treehouse

A treehouse that is located just two miles away from I-5 on exit 24. It’s by the roadside so expect cars passing by. Studio type. We only have WiFi extender from our barn so sometimes you can’t get a signal from the treehouse. We’re out in the countryside so there’s no street lights. It’s very dark at night. So if you come after dark please let me know ahead of time so I can tell how to get here specially if you come from I-5 south. The GPS will tell you to turn on our neighbor’s driveway.

Breakfast nook with coffee, and tea. Neighborhood is quiet with shopping and dining not far away. Only one small step into the unit. Also on the property is another 2 bedroom Airbnb unit, Comice Valley Inn, in the event you have a larger party. This is a new listing, so please see some of my many 5-star reviews.

This cozy, rustic one bedroom cottage (325 sq. ft.) is just a 15 min. walk from downtown Jacksonville (3/4 mile) and 30 min. from Ashland. It has private parking, on the property. The owner is happy w/ pets in the cottage, but needs to know in advance that a pet is coming (maximum 35lbs) too. There isn't a full kitchen but it has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker, so cooking basics won't be a problem. Relax in the outside patio in the summer.
