Located on a hillside in Shady Cove. This is a spacious brand new 300 sq foot tiny home. The tiny house is located on our private property. We request for our guests to be respectful of our home, our neighbors, and surroundings. It is important that our guests treat the outdoor space as if they were camping and not leave any food outside as there is some wildlife in the area. Included is a covered gazebo with curtains on a private deck with a spa, and gas fire pit that also heats your legs.

Yurt on the Applegate

Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in. I need to be aware they are here and clean up after their stay.

The bathroom has a walk in shower, washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen that flows into the dining and living room. Off the dining area is a private yard with patio, hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ, chairs and table . Our guest house is located behind a detached shop so you'll have a private entrance & convenient parking and privacy.
