Holiday Appartement Rüland

Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! Das BLISS ist ein über 400 Jahre altes Haus im schönen Dorf Kesswil und liegt nur wenige Schritte vom alten Hafen und dem Bodensee entfernt. Es ruhig hier und das naturbelassene Ufer (und der nahegelegene Wald) laden zum Spazieren und im Sommer zum Baden ein. Die drei Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer, deswegen vermiete ich alle drei zusammen, ein langer Flur führt zur einfach eingerichteten Küche, der Toilette und dem modernen Bad. Ich selbst bewohne die Wohnung in der 1.Etage.

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.
