Very cozy place with charm. We had a very nice time with our 3 children/teenagers and especially enjoyed the proximity to the lake and the gelateria very much. Jannika is very friendly and responds very, very quickly to requests.

My daughter and I spent unforgettable days in Milena's quiet and beautiful house with a fantastic garden and direct access to the lake. Everywhere there are places to linger, be it for sunbathing, reading, apero or eating. The spacious and very clean house is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. Everywhere you have a fantastic view of the lake. The location is perfect, the bus stops very close, so you are quickly in Lugano, Como or Melide even without a car. Morcote is a few minutes' walk away. Milena is truly a Superhost, she was always there for us if we had any questions. Since our car had to be repaired, she also organized everything with the garage. A big thank you also to her son Renato! This property has earned 6 stars!

Wonderful apartment, everything you need is available. Parking right outside the door! We got pizzas at the "osteria del teatro" (500m away), these are highly recommended. We slept very well as it was very quiet. Glad to come back!

Awesome and huge garden with amazing view to the lake and mountains. The house has 4 bedrooms - perfect for 8 persons. The furniture are old and not modern, but you have everything you need and they correspond perfectly with the place. Fabio&Inna are very helpful and nice hosts. They give us a lot of the hints what to do in Ticino. Strongly recommend this place.

Excellent accommodation very well renovated and very functional. The bedrooms are relentless as well as the shower rooms. Kitchen level, it has all the necessary equipment for a family holiday stay. Free public parking available in the village and not far from the accommodation. The attentions of Eleonora and her mom were exquisite. We would definitely recommend this lovely experience.

Perfect peaceful getaway location! We had a wonderful stay, the house is beautiful and cozy and has everything you need. It is surrounded by nature with amazing views and gives you the opportunity to disconnect from daily life. Benjamin picked us up for check-in and check-out, which was very helpful. The Christmas apartment is ideally located in the center of Mendrisio a few steps from all amenities (supermarket, shops, bus stop, station). Having spent a week working at the architecture academy, I really appreciated the proximity of the house after work. The neighborhood is calm and the windows are well soundproofed. Everything in the apartment is arranged in a practical way and Christmas was always available for any circumstance, thoughtful in making me have a pleasant stay. I highly recommend a Christmas stay and will renew the experience if I return to Mendrisio!

This cute room was in a such a dreamy place! When you arrive at the location you have no idea what you are gonna see entering this gorgeous back-yard! The room was very clean and the view from the window was stunning! Proper country side! I would prefer if there was a big mirror either in the bathroom or in the room, i missed that cause it is important for me! For someone else might not be an issue! 👍

Excellent apartment, clean, comfortable, beautiful views. Host super responsive and very helpful! You MUST have a car as access is tricky on foot and public transport not really an option. Will definitely recommend to friends and come back again in the future!

The place was big, beautiful extremely clean and with very nice views. They apartment had everything we needed and more, lots of attention to detail. We loved our stay at Gian Luca's apartment. He was so attentive and helpful and always available to answer any questions. The home is spotless and very comfortable. We do not use a car and were happy that the bus stop was so close, right by the Coop supermarket. We will happily return. Thank you again Gian Luca!

The apartment was great and exactly as described! We felt very at home the week we were there and despite the not so good weather we were able to do a lot and also relax ourselves from our everyday stress. Gianfranco and Patrizia were super helpful and were always happy to ask if it worked out or if we needed help. We would keep coming back to the two if we wanted to go to Lake Lugano!
