We had a perfect vacation in Marco's house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos in the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and separate laundry room. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the mattresses in the bed very comfortable! We were able to have all meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Very good starting point for excursions to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long walks on the beach. Marco is a very accommodating, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

Very nice house, two blocks from the beach. From all rooms you can get to terraces. The bus right on the beach runs into town every 20 minutes. Heating in all rooms, we were there in April, that's already good. Good amenities, everything is there. Some old pans could be replaced. Supermarket within walking distance. A few nice chairs in the garden would still be great. And thank you to Daniela for the great care when checking in and out and the many tips.

We had an amazing family holiday here and loved the ambient of the house with its vicinity to a wonderful sandy beach and crystal clear water. Thank you to Enrico who supported us with helpful advice!

We had a really nice short break in Andrea's place, it is close to the beach with just walking distance. Additionally the garden is really nice and kid love it a lot

Luca’s place was in a very private and peaceful location. The garden was perfect for relaxing in and our dog enjoyed it too! There are some beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants in the area. All in all we had a great stay!

Insanely great location, right on the beautiful sandy beach. There were three of us there and everyone had their own room. The balcony is certainly the highlight of this place.

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

Amazing and quiet surrondings, beautiful terrace and great BBQ! 5 min walk to the beach was awesome. Also pretty close to all southern beaches of Sardinia via car. There's no wifi but cellular network works good anyway. It's a great place, will surely come again!

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

Great stay at Cristina's, who was from start to finish a considerate, welcoming, responsive hostess... at the top what! Well equipped, clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, superb garden and the jacuzzi is the cherry on the cake... You can stay at her place, in this apartment or the second one she offers, with your eyes closed. Thanks again!

Really nice place, very peaceful and private. Fab location only a few steps to an amazing beach. Along the beach ten minutes walk are some beachside restaurants, a bit on the pricey side but lovely food and local dishes and you pay for the location with views over the beach and blue sea. Crystal clear water. There’s a little shop nearby 5 minutes in the car or 20 minutes walk which has everything you need. We would definitely recommend. Five stars.

I highly recommend Andrea's house, a nice little house, with everything you need. It is a maximum of one minute walk from the beach. For me personally, the contact and exchange with Andrea was a highlight. He was great and felt constantly available, gave us super many tips and even invited us to a friend. It felt like a friendly relationship from minute one! Even when we had a medical emergency, he called the hospitals, inquired and helped us great. Dear Andrea, Thank you for the wonderful time and see you very soon!

We had a very relaxing family vacation in Laura's beautiful villa. We particularly liked the quiet and private location, as well as the proximity to the beach. The beach in the immediate vicinity was very clean and hardly visited by tourists. The villa met our expectations, but in real life it was even more beautiful than in the photos. We especially loved that each room had an adjoining bathroom. The kitchen was super equipped, there was nothing missing. Laura is a very great and helpful host and especially to mention that we were allowed to enter the house on arrival - she was very flexible. Only to mention that even in September/October the mosquitoes do not rest and we could no longer open the windows from dusk onwards. Mosquito nets would be an advantage.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. We had a great holiday in Antonio's house - the location is really a dream, the house very cozy, it has everything you need. There is really nothing missing! Antonio's parents welcomed us in a totally friendly way and had even bought us. Although the weather was mixed in early October, we had a great time and will definitely be back!
