Lucia is responsive in our interactions. Suggestions for activities and good communication. The accommodation is very good and great location for visiting the south of Sardinia. Namely, quiet place but there are dogs nearby barking regularly but which doesn't stop us from enjoying our vacation to the fullest.

We were vacationing while working remotely. Wi-Fi was reliable, supermarket and bus stops were near. Alberto was very helpful.

Nicola’s place is GREAT! The flat is big, has 3 balconies, one of which is more like a cozy outside terrace. It has everything, it is free of clutter but at the same time feels like home. Nicola is a great host, super helpful and responsive. Location is good, especially if you need the private parking availability. Overall walkable to wherever you need to be, even with a stroller. Best kept secret? Probably the fastest internet in airbnb/hotel in Italy! Almost 1Gbps! Book it!

Nicola was a great host. Open communication, quick response, and was flexible with check in during our stay. The property was in very clean condition and had such amazing views. I don’t have a single complaint to make about our stay here.

My husband and I stayed for a week at Giovanni's house, a cozy home with everything you may need. The plus was getting to know the Host, a kind person who also helped us with great tips for a place to visit and restaurants to eat in. Thanks to the great location we visited the entire south of Sardinia, from Sant antioco to villasimius. The apartment is in a very nice villa complex, we stayed at Easter and we were able to fully appreciate the peace of this place, a 4-minute walk you can find a supermarket, shops, bars, tobacco, pizzeria. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, there's also a lovely bar for a nice beer by the sea. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners, a very nice terrace, two smart TVs, washing machine and everything you may need. We felt at home, thank you for enriching our trip. It was a wonderful stay from Anna's place. We were greeted generously and gently. It was a real pleasure to hear her stories. The house is a small paradise with an incredible point of view from the balcony and a unique soul. Very nice place ,we were very welcomed. Clean inside, everything we need (ex : coffee machine +caps,salt, pots and pans ) all outdoor equipment (umbrella,sun loungers). Linens and towels clean- it was our next trip to Sardinia and we were positively surprised by this. We had a perfect holiday in Marcos house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos on the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with weaver grill and separate laundry room . The kitchen is well equipped, the mattresses in bed very comfortable! We were able to have all the meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace . Very good starting point for trips to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long beach walks. Marco is a very courteous, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

We had wonderful days in this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea, which invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had lightning-fast answers for all our questions.

Paola's apartment is comfortable, well equipped and very nice, nothing is really missing! It is also located in a quiet area of the town. Paola welcomed us and gave us all the necessary information for a good stay, and was available for all our needs. We had a good time and will return if possible!

Very nice house with all the necessities and in a superb wooded setting (the garden, and, beyond, the pine forest) close to a beautiful long beach very pleasant for children. The pine forest is also a safe place for children to play safely, during the period when we were there, which was not very touristy. Simone was extremely flexible on schedules (in our case frankly changing schedules), and always very friendly in her communication! Also, and this is becoming rare on Airbnb, the price advertised is the price you pay (no excess type of linen or towel rental type, tourist taxes etc.). I recommend it!

We feel very good at Fabrizio and Claudia's home. Fabrizio has provided us with all the information we need to make sure our check-in goes smoothly. When we arrived we found food and drinks as a welcome gift, that's lovely, thank you! Then the house was really clean and there is everything you need: towels, shower gel, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, dish soap, umbrella, dryer, laundry clips... The bathroom inside is small, it's true, but the one on the terrace is covered and more spacious. The view of the hills is also very pretty. The Miticus pizzeria nearby is excellent (we have not tested the others) and the staff very kind. We had a great time in Solanas. Thank you so much for your availability too!

We are very happy to stay at Valentina's place. Everything went smoothly. Valentina was waiting for us and personally greeted us at night. At the same time, she provided all the necessary information for your stay, as well as tips about interesting places to see in Cagliari. She contacted us almost every day to see if everything was okay. The place right next to the Botanical Garden is extremely quiet, close to the center and the train station. The house has an elevator, which makes it easy to get around. We regret that our stay at Valentina's place was so quick. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Cagliari.

Loved this location, check in easy peasy, restaurant beside the location was perfect. The apartment itself has EVERYTHING you’d need. stayed up late watching tv with partner, bathtub was perfect, bed area secluded and perfectly spaced, everything worked, check out 11 atm, everything perfect trust. we loved it

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!
