We stayed at Silvana's place for a week! Everything was perfect! Check-in was great! We were greeted in a friendly way and everything was explained to us! The place is better than on the pictures - We felt comfortable from day one! We had the pool completely to ourselves. There is sun in the garden all day - even the last hours of sunshine of the day could still be enjoyed there! Breakfast was sufficient for the whole week. Massimo, Silvana and her husband are the perfect hosts! Thank you! We will be happy to come back!

The days spent in San Sperate were perfect. The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with all the comforts, the location is super quiet, surrounded by greenery, and all in all convenient for visiting all of southern Sardinia. San Sperate is a quiet but characteristic village and there are all the amenities and restaurants. A separate note must be made to the legendary host Giorgio: an exquisite person and super helpful in everything. He made us feel at home! It was really a pleasure meeting him these days.

We really enjoyed our 5 nights in this lovely accommodation. The rooms are modern and clean, the breakfast is tasty and the service was kind. Moreover you are close to Cagliari when you have a car. It’s a good place to stay, when visiting the south of Sardinia.

In short this is a great place and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Except! For if you are sensitive and a light sleeper because of the street and park noise, yes it’s a busy street so read well before you book. For me it’s fine but for others maybe not. Communication was good, Valeria is a very nice woman with whom I could practice a bit of Italian so I was happy. We both worked so during the day it’s very relaxed. The internet is very good, considering I have to make video calls all day. I liked the house and the creative interior with various artefacts and vintage furniture. My room was also comfortable and spacious. The only little surprise for me was that I was supposed to remove the bedding and towels and put them in the basket and hoover the room. It’s not about the effort, collecting everything and putting it in the basket takes 2 minutes but it’s a bit odd. I use Airbnb for 8 years all across the world, never was I asked to do this. It should be included

Resonance Experience | Relaxing Triple Stay

We had a very nice time in the resonance. Check-in was super friendly and easy, the place is lovingly decorated and nothing is missing! We had a really great three bed room, very cozy and very clean! The kitchen, which we had all to ourselves, as no other guests were there, is mega well equipped, the garbage is recycled! The porch outside is great for eating, the hammocks are cozy and invite you to rest! Chris and Vera are very personable and were very friendly and helpful! If you want to see Cagliari, but want to stay outside in peace and with private parking, you will find a small oasis to feel good in the Resonance! Many thanks to Vera and Chris! We will be happy to come back!

A really beautiful guesthouse in a perfect location. You can visit on foot the most beautiful quarters of Cagliari (Marina, Castello..) and there are many restaurants, shops and cafes. Our room with bathroom was very nice, clean and cozy. The air conditioning worked well and we had no problems finding free parking nearby in mid-September. All in all very recommendable and we will definitely come back. Many thanks to Alessandra :)

Corrado takes pride in a property that has been in his family for many decades. He is very attentive, outgoing and is very responsive to texts if you need him. The location is excellent with many beautiful beaches nearby, one quickily accessible by only steps away from the apartment. We highly recommend a stay at Corrado's property. We hope to return!

It was a wonderful vacation. The family is lovely, always available and they are really great hosts with great care and passion. The place is as described, very clean and furnished with a lot of love in Sardinian style. It is located on a huge plot on the slope in idyllic tranquility and with great views to the sea. A large pool provides cooling. There are various seating options on the terraced terrain and you can always find the right sun or shade spot. There was nothing missing and basic equipment for everyday needs was already available. The car, which you should definitely have here, can be parked outside the front door and the property is closed, which ensures a high level of security. We immediately took the two dogs of the owners into our hearts. They are super sweet and were happy about our return every time. Benedetta gave us tips for activities. Thank you for everything

Stylish room in the historical center

A beautiful room in the historic center of Cagliari. The room is huge with its high ceilings, also a large bathroom with good shower. It was not so obvious to first drop off the suitcases by car as you have to drive through narrow streets and no one can pass you there. Silvio does provide information in advance about other options to park your car that are only a few minutes walk from the apartment. We only stayed there for one night now but we would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean and nice with a lovely balcony. We rented a car and found free parking space in front of the building with no problem. The apartment is very close to the city center (walking distance). The hosts were very helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place.
