Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

We felt very comfortable with Marco and Elena. It was a very relaxing and restorative stay. Marco and Elena are very friendly and helpful hosts. Our child was given a children's bike and many toys for the beach right at the arrival. The place is as described and very clean. Good bed linen/towels. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (first floor) of a villa and is accessible as described via an external staircase. You have a private balcony, a covered terrace downstairs and a private garden area with an outdoor shower. The hosts live downstairs, but you hardly see each other, unless contact is desired. A parking space for the car and a washing machine are also available. A small quiet beach is a 5-minute walk away. Shopping and restaurants are a 10-minute drive to Pula. At Marco's you can borrow bicycles and a canoe free of charge. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Very nice house with all the necessities and in a superb wooded setting (the garden, and, beyond, the pine forest) close to a beautiful long beach very pleasant for children. The pine forest is also a safe place for children to play safely, during the period when we were there, which was not very touristy. Simone was extremely flexible on schedules (in our case frankly changing schedules), and always very friendly in her communication! Also, and this is becoming rare on Airbnb, the price advertised is the price you pay (no excess type of linen or towel rental type, tourist taxes etc.). I recommend it!

The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! It's not easy to find, but even there Andrea helped us great and very quickly. Thanks for everything!

It’s a cute little private house surrounded by greenery and a lot of outdoor space. It’s 10 min drive away from the airport and 20 min drive away from Cagliari. We had a great stay! Paolo is a great host!

The house is exactly as shown in the photo, cared for, new and functional. Nothing is missing in the kitchen, everything is as at home! Very clean bathrooms, large shower. Thanks also to the host who welcomed us and indicated every detail of the house.

Beautiful apartment for a wonderfully relaxing stay in Sardinia. The pictures say it all... Taty and Luca are easily accessible. Great starting point for many excursions, the proximity to Cagliari is a wonderful change from beach life in the area. Very relaxing stay ;-))

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

We had a very nice week in the apartment of Maurizio and Samantha. At the arrival, we were greeted personally, and everything was shown and explained to us. The apartment corresponds to the pictures in the ad. We felt very comfortable and especially enjoyed the beautiful large balcony. A car is helpful as the nearby area is very quiet and there are few restaurants or shops there. Parking was very straightforward right in front of the house. The communication was very good. You always got a quick answer and even during the stay there was the opportunity to ask questions and we had received many recommendations for the region. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and would come back any time.

We felt very comfortable! We found the place as described and equipped with a decent foundation. There was coffee and tea and detergent/dishwashing tabs as well as shampoo and sunscreen. Great quiet location near the beach. We recommend this house :-)

The apartment was scrupulously clean and very comfortable. The balcony was lovely and spacious. The view of the water was not quite what we thought it would be from the photos but we enjoyed it nevertheless. The building is in a more modern part of the city, away from the historic center but there were a few bars and a great gelateria within walking distance as well as a great grocery store within a few blocks. Also, there is a lovely promenade on the water easily reachable on foot. And Letizia left a bottle of chilled wine in the fridge for us!

Very nice apartment in the heart of the city. It is very well suited for families as it is on two levels.

We had a pleasant stay in the apartment, in a good location to explore the surroundings. We stayed there for 3 nights with our almost 6-year-old son. The city and shops are easily accessible on foot and it remains sufficiently lively even at the end of October. The apartment is quiet. Check-in was easy upon arrival and Matteo remained reachable throughout our stay.

We had a really nice stay with Simonetta. The flat is exactly like on the pictures, containing everything we needed. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the area itself is very calm. Simonetta was always very helpful and answered our questions immediately. We would love to come again!

The rooftop terrace was the nonplusultra. Really great. We had breakfast and bathed there. Marwan was always available for big and small questions. There was nothing missing in the apartment! We got the coffee right away vis a vis, was very convenient!

Lovely,clean apartment for a short stay and exploring the city. Located in the very center in a historic building with a large terrace overlooking the port. I definitely recommend staying in Cagliari.

Lorenzo's apartment is new, the decor is wonderful, extremely clean, well located, close to pharmacy, supermarkets, coffees, tobacco, restaurant and especially near the beach. Lorenzo is a very polite and helpful host. We recommend Lorenzo's apartment.

We loved staying in this apartment, it was nice and clean, had a giant window, air conditioning. Several coffee shops close by. Easy to get on bus to go downtown. Apartment just 1 block off beautiful beach

We felt great at this place. The apartment is modern and spacious with all the facilities you can be need of, it is also very close to nice restaurants and to the sea. It was clean , and the hosts were very responsive and kind. Definitely a good choice!
