Family-friendly vacation rentals in Meuse

This is an incredible house, with a magnificent garden. We were 2 adults and 4 children. The hosts are a lovely couple and they have created a beautiful kitchen garden. There is a ping pong table outside as well as a table football, which the children really enjoyed. And the washing machine was a bonus. We have enjoyed Lac the Madine, aquapark and the tree climbing and ziplining, some small villages and my family. I highly recommend this house and will be happy to stay here again😃

Diane’s house was a real ‘home from home’. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We were a mixed age group taking part in a local hot air balloon festival and it was perfect for all of us. We cooked lots of meals and there were all of the facilities we needed. The area was quiet (perfect), but only a short hop from lots of things to do. Diane was a really helpful and considerate host. The children particularly enjoyed the madeleines left for us, while the adults were grateful for the wine. Thank you Diane. Would highly recommend. 😊

The stay at Pierre's house was really nice. It has always been available to us by text or phone. He also explained everything very clearly for the use of the boiler, dry toilet, and hot tub. Pierre is really a very friendly host!

Large very functional family house with a beautiful very nice terrace. The street is a little busy but the garden on the other side is very peaceful. The location is perfect for discovering the Meuse and even a little more. Even though we did not meet him, Bernard is a very considerate host and full of good advice.

We had a lovely stay in Flirey for the passage from 2024 to 2025. Joce was very welcoming and her home is lovely. We took the opportunity to discover this corner of France with a rich historical heritage.

Enjoyed our small week-long stay at this (large) old and warm house, located in a peaceful rural village. It's ideal for relaxing with your family, enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings or visiting the sites of the Battle of Verdun, full of history. They are very close, about 15 minutes by car (Fort de Vaux, Douamont, memorial...) Thank you very much Mi-Jo for the welcome, tips and all amenities.

Ideal cottage for family gatherings (we were 6 adults and 7 children from 1 to 15 years old), very well arranged, thank you to Camille for her welcome, the visit of the farm, the tips for walks. Very good memories shared during our weekend in Argonne!

Very nice welcome, small very warm cottage, if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place in the middle of nature it is the ideal place.

We stayed in Carole's studio with mezzanine, a real cozy little nest. We had a great time in Avignon. The garden is completely enclosed, very convenient when you have a dog. Heating with a pellet stove, very easy to use. This apartment is well located, with the Meuse and trails for walking. Carole took great care of us.

We had a lovely stay at Jacqueline's house, which has all the comforts: a very well-equipped kitchen, three large bedrooms with good beds, an attic with cinema and sports equipment. All this in a well insulated and clean house with a nice garden and BBQ. In the village there is a great supermarket with beautiful vegetables, fruits and other delicious products and a bakery. From the house you can take long walks through forests and encounter meadows and deer. And Jacqueline is a great host who pampered us and with whom it's easy to communicate with. In short, we had a wonderful week in Buzancy. Thank you Jacqueline!!

Good accommodation conditions and very responsive owner.

Beautiful surroundings, the cottage is located next to a beautiful chateaux (castle), it is a refurbished barn, very spacious, warm by underfloor heating downstairs, 3 bathrooms (!) and suitable for the disabled. Very neat and equipped with everything. Perfect for with children through a large trampoline, huge lawn, beautiful forest to walk through on private grounds of the castle. Unfortunately, the pool was still closed, the tennis court was quite outdated but, after some attention, can still be used well. Everything is a little dated but still usable. The area is very deserted, the village is quiet and feels a bit deserted. And also restaurants (10-50 minutes drive) must be called in advance because are not always open!

We had a lovely time at Rolande's place. Rolande is very welcoming and very friendly. The stay has a private entrance (above the garage) and is well furnished. We enjoyed the pool and lovely garden very much. Everything is very well maintained. The stay is located in joinville and is a nice village to visit.
