Fully renovated luxury guest suite with breakfast

In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. Zeelands' finest beaches are within cycling distance. The place is light, has high ceilings, an open kitchen/living and bedroom and modern bathroom. Wifi is available. Great for couples, business travelers, etc. Train station nearby. The apartment is accessible by car with (paid) parking nearby.

studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber vom Badpaviljoen, 100 m entfernt vom Aufgang zum Strand! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

Our B&B studio Sleepingarden is located in the rural outskirts of Vlissingen, in Ritthem. Part of the former horse stables has been converted into a complete studio. It is within walking distance of the Westerschelde where you can see the boats sailing from the garden. On the sea dike, you will find a beach for swimming. You can also hike in the nature reserve or see Fort Rammekens, which is also within walking distance. There is plenty of hiking and cycling. Bicycles are included.

Boutique Casita makes it happen! Please note that the rental price is exclusive of the following costs: - Dog fee: €30 per day per dog. - Tourist tax: €2.10 per day per person. - In the months of December, January, February, and March, gas consumption is charged additionally at a rate of €1.50 per m³.

Sleep at Zilt&Zo, beautiful new vacation home

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

The loft at the historic port of Middelburg has been tastefully and authentically decorated since 2018. You walk through the atmospheric streets into the beautiful city centre and you have a holiday feeling because of the boats in the harbour right on your doorstep. The beach is 30 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by car. And with its own free parking space from April 1 to September 30 at the back of the loft. Check in with clear instructions.

Just outside the village of Wolphaartsdijk (Zeeuws: Wolfersdiek), walking distance to ’t Veerse Meer, lies our simple but complete vacation home. The cottage is separate from our private house and has its own entrance. You have access to your own toilet, shower and kitchen. In addition, you can open the French doors and sit on your own terrace or relax in the hammock. Due to its location, this is a perfect base for walks and bike rides.
