Vacation rentals with a firepit in Middle Franconia

We had a very nice time in Steinsfeld. The surrounding fields are great for walks with dogs. The house is very cozy and has everything you need. Our children also felt very comfortable. Rothenburg takes about 10 minutes by car, which is definitely worth a trip. The wildlife park in Bad Mergentheim is also highly recommended for a family trip.

We were looking for a way to recharge and unwind on a weekend without children. For this, Claudia's cottage seemed made to us in the pictures - small, cozy, private, in nature and somehow quaint. Claudia contacted us directly and proved to be a friendly and interested host. She was always easily accessible and responded quickly to small detailed questions, so we always felt well looked after. We were able to find that the advertisement presented the house excellently. We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend, in and around the house there is really everything you could ask for. No high-gloss luxury, but real charm and a pleasant atmosphere. The spa floor with relaxation room and sauna leaves nothing to be desired, the terrace invites you to sunbathe and behind the house you can listen to the forest sounds and barbecue or make a fire. We'll be back for sure, two thumbs up🤗

The place was a dream! We were there over New Year's Eve, 4 adults with 3 children and a toddler, and complete equipment was also available for our youngest and everything was childproof. The apartment is beautifully decorated, everything very neat and clean. You'll find everything you need. Martin was a friendly and helpful host, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend it.

A very nice little cottage with great furnishings, friendly (but not intrusive) hosts, there are a lot of books and games available for children and adults. You can switch off well, also due to the lack of mobile reception :-). We felt comfortable, a beautiful little garden completes the feeling.

Apartment-furnished with love. We felt right at home. Bakery and butcher, all very easily accessible on foot.

We had a magical weekend with the family and felt completely comfortable! The kitchen is better equipped than some private households, we lacked absolutely nothing at all. We especially want to highlight the amenities for the children and the place to eat together. All communication was straightforward and accommodating! We will be happy to come back!

Wonderful house! Convenient location: just a 10-minute walk to the nearest tram stop—the tram takes you to both the train station and the city center. There’s an Edeka store nearby, making grocery shopping quick and easy. Inside, there are two spacious rooms where it’s easy to set up a workspace: I found it comfortable to work in the evenings. The lovely garden offers fresh air and relaxation after a busy day, and a friendly neighborhood cat wanders by, creating a homely atmosphere. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend this house for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

A host who helped us a lot. He did his best to provide all the facilities. I would definitely recommend.

The flat was really chilling and I would recommend for you who want to relieve stress from the city.

We had booked both apartments to walk the 5 Seidla Steig. Christine was there herself for a short time and was able to give us tips. Very pleasant and easy going👍🏼. The apartment probably newly renovated, bright, clean and nicely furnished. You could move in right away. Top kitchen and amenities. Great view and large balcony. Even with climbing wall that we also tested. The price is unbeatable compared to surrounding pensions. This was also one of the few ways to accommodate our friend group with 10 people together in the area. Now even 12 people are leaving. We were all able to have breakfast together, as there are large tables, enough space and also enough dishes. It was just great and everyone enjoyed it. If we go hiking there again, we will be happy to come back. Thank you very much Christine

We have been to the wonder world for the 3rd time and it feels like a vacation every time. Pleasantly quiet and perfect for animal lovers. As always, the Wunder family is super hospitable and easily accessible. We look forward to next time. :)

The pictures don't do this place the justice it. it's so spacious, with a massive separate lounge area, big dining area and kitchen. Everything is completely renovated and beautiful. The 2 separate bedrooms, the smaller one with no side tables has its own walk in robe and ensuite, with a massive rain shower in both bathrooms. The heaters worked great of a night, no air con there though. The sun room is huge but on our stay in late April it was extremely hot out there, great for drying clothes but couldn't sit out there at all. The rest of the house was cool, comfortable, beautifully presented. There are a few small suggestions I would make and thats for some coasters and placemats for the glass dining table and a clothes rack would be a great idea for drying the clothes in the sunroom instead of the dryer. But it was a lovely home to relax in and I wished we had a few extra nights. Nuremberg is approximately 20 minutes by car, and a car is needed here. Definitely recommend.

I can recommend the brick mill 100 percent. The arrival was very pleasant, friendly welcome, parking right outside the door, play barn directly opposite, so you have a nice view of the children when unloading. Great activities: we enjoyed the barbecue and campfire with the hosts very much, just like our trip to the Ansbach adventure pool and the children's hiking trail Rüdisbronn. The brick mill is very quiet. Really great if you want to unplug for a few days. No negative aspects.

We stayed for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. The place was very clean and we liked it very much. Especially the very well-equipped kitchen preaches the apartment for long stays. Beate and Manfred were always easily accessible. Thanks so much for the nice days.

Place is really nice I booked for my colleague who went to worked there and he enjoyed every second there. Communication really fast and really helpful.
