Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Middle Franconia

The home worked perfectly for our short stay in the area. The home was charming and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed deer as well.

The place was lovely. The garden is unique and spacious. You can wonderfully concentrate on playing games and spending time together here. Wonderful for a weekend with friends or family. The dogs also felt very comfortable.

The village location is beautiful, and it was lovely to meet such kind hosts and their very wonderful dog. Simple, straightforward accommodation covered all the basics. Mattresses are on the firmer side, if that’s important to you. So glad we were able to spend a few days here. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

We spent an extended weekend there for the 5th. We received all the information in advance and spontaneous changes were also responded to in a friendly and immediate manner. The place was spotlessly clean, everything from aluminum foil to hand mixer and plenty of towels available. We lacked nothing! Beautiful decor and quiet location are added. Many thanks to Judith and Jürgen for the great days! We look forward to seeing you again. A clear recommendation to everyone.

The place was a dream! We were there over New Year's Eve, 4 adults with 3 children and a toddler, and complete equipment was also available for our youngest and everything was childproof. The apartment is beautifully decorated, everything very neat and clean. You'll find everything you need. Martin was a friendly and helpful host, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend it.

The House is located right next to a small lake with very beautiful scenary. Quite place. The house is very clean, with all kitchen ware availible. Most surprisingly the welcome bread and fruit from Fabian, who is a very nice landlord. We will visit again next year!

A very nice little cottage with great furnishings, friendly (but not intrusive) hosts, there are a lot of books and games available for children and adults. You can switch off well, also due to the lack of mobile reception :-). We felt comfortable, a beautiful little garden completes the feeling.

We had a very nice few days in Gabi's house. It is quiet and off the road on a rock above Egloffstein. Everything we needed for our stay was there, the kitchen equipped so we could cook. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility. The communication with Gabi was very friendly and she responded to our very last minute request within a short time. Gabi is a wonderful host! We will be happy to come back.

My dog and I felt right at home. Just arrived, right on the edge of the field. Unfortunately, I did not meet Christine in person, but the exchange and communication was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Every question was answered directly, the response time is almost seconds fast:) The only downside to the place was that we hadn't booked longer. We didn't want to leave 🥰

Christian was an amazing host and communicated very clearly during our stay. He had a nice big and beautiful space for my family during our trip to Nuremberg. It was a pity that I had to shorten our stay and head back to Frankfurt early but I will definitely recommend Christian’s place for couples and families visiting Nuremberg - location is perfect as it’s near a big shopping mall, it’s in a quiet safe residential neighborhood, with a nearby park/playground for the little ones. We had booked both apartments to walk the 5 Seidla Steig. Christine was there herself for a short time and was able to give us tips. Very pleasant and easy going👍🏼. The apartment probably newly renovated, bright, clean and nicely furnished. You could move in right away. Top kitchen and amenities. Great view and large balcony. Even with climbing wall that we also tested. The price is unbeatable compared to surrounding pensions. This was also one of the few ways to accommodate our friend group with 10 people together in the area. Now even 12 people are leaving. We were all able to have breakfast together, as there are large tables, enough space and also enough dishes. It was just great and everyone enjoyed it. If we go hiking there again, we will be happy to come back. Thank you very much Christine

We stayed at Sabine's place with our two children ages 2 and 7. The place was perfect. It was spotless and had plenty of room for the girls to play. There were several fantastic restaurants a short walk away. We would love to stay here again next time we are here.

Great experience. The house is as described. Hubert was super helpful giving us information about nearby towns and making us find information leaflets in our language. The house is very spacious and comfortable and equipped with everything you need.

As part of my work assignment, I rented the nice apartment for a month. Very comfortable stay. Apartment is kept clean by cleaning service. Host very friendly and cooperative. Parking available. I'd love to do it again if I get the chance!

We felt very comfortable, we liked the lovingly and tastefully furnished apartment very much! The location is wonderful and very central. The kitchen is minimalist but functional, we only missed a grater for the Parmesan... 😉 But the communication was straightforward and kind. We will be very happy to repeat offenders if the opportunity arises!

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

The apartment "Wonka" in the basement of the house is very beautiful! The house sits on the edge of the forest and is therefore very quiet. There is everything you need. Kettle,coffee maker toaster etc. If necessary, even a washing machine. Everything was sparkling clean prepared for us. A beautiful farm and Playmobil Fun Park are just around the corner on foot or by car. It is also not far to the city center. We had wonderful days here with our daughter and were always looking forward to the beautiful apartment after long excursions. The hostess was very friendly and the communication was very easy. We thank you for the great stay and can only recommend the apartment.

Matthias' apartment is huge, great divided with a balcony and beautiful views into the garden. Everything was sparkling clean and I was very nicely received and instructed by Matthias'parents. I'd love to come back!!!
