It is about 400m to the long sandy beach with a large lawn, and about 700m to the sailing harbour. Numerous cycling and hiking trails are also right outside the front door. The MS Brombachsee runs several times a day from Ramsberg. In addition, the largest inland sailing port in Germany is located here, with 600 water and 150 berths. Nuremberg (Messe) can be reached in 35-45 minutes.

The apartment is newly renovated, newly furnished and is located in the middle of the beautiful Absberg. It has three bedrooms, each with a 1.80 m double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, as well as the large living room. The kitchen has a modern built-in kitchen including a dishwasher and offers enough space to sit together comfortably in the adjacent dining room. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub as well as a washing machine.

You can play mini golf or football directly on site, standup paddling, boating, ice skating in winter or riding a round in the nearby riding club. There is also a playground with cable car, a children's pool and a water slide.
