Our unique former water reserve in the grounds of our C18 wine chateau has been lovingly transformed into a 32m2 off-grid bed and breakfast suite with a king bed, shower room/toilet, private terrace and equipped outdoor kitchen. Guests can enjoy all of our other facilities including our stunning heated pool and grounds. Not suitable for children, pets or those with reduced mobility.

Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

Cabane

Round room set in the holm oaks above the stream with a suspended terrace. Bathtub, toilet, sink, double bed. The cabin is located above the Lou Abeilhs farmhouse with a bird's eye view of the valley. To access it from the parking lot there is a small path of 150 m and about forty steps. Wir bieten Ihnen ein Frühstück in der Küche oder in unserem Garten an. Im Garten finden Sie einen Swimmingpool und Sonnenliegen. Es gibt kostenloses WLAN im Haus und im Garten. "Le clos d'Emilion" liegt 5 Minuten vom Dorf Saint Emilion entfernt, nur wenige Schritte von der Dordogne und 40 Minuten von Bordeaux.

My room is located inside a house in Toulouse down town with garden a privative courtyard to park your vehicle. You can benefit from common places of ground floor (free kitchen for cook, dining room, big outside terrace...) and also a complete breakfast including of base jam, butter, bread or toast, fruit juice, coffee, tea, coffee with milk, chocolate... The access to the public transportation is quite close and detailed below in the section transport.
