Arguably the best location in SLC if you want a great view and easy access to Big & Little Cottonwood. It's also convenient to everything else in SLC and even Park City - easy on/off the I-215 Belt Route. Every room in the place has a great view of the city & amazing sunset. The large covered porch was exceptionally nice to enjoy after a day of skiing or work. The neighborhood is one of the nicest & safest in SLC and an excellent area to walk/hike/bike. You feel very disconnected from the activity in the city below. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked often , as well as using the almost new gas grill on the porch. If you like dogs, you'll love their 2 rescue dogs that treated us like family the entire time. This added to the comfortable feel and safety aspect of the place. Jennifer & Bill were great hosts and I enjoyed having them around. I will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

My wife and I just needed a place for one night, and Conner's art house was available... but after staying there, we wished we had booked more nights! It's an unexpected little house, right in the middle of a collection of art studios, cafe's and antique stores. The house is surprisingly private, considering it has windows facing every direction, my wife and I were able to set the blinds so we had privacy as well as lots of light. Our favorite feature was the record player and albums, it was a nice little touch that really made the place feel cozy.

Just as described, this cottage is a simple but charming spot to land. We spent a week here while visiting family a couple blocks away (and skiing a couple days too). The sauna was a nice way to start the mornings. Nice landscaping too! Also great to have the shops at 15th & 15th around the corner. Willow and Lance were great hosts, and we’d gladly stay here again.

We wanted to be in SLC for a month to do our ski immersion. We looked for a real Airbnb run by a real family. Chiedu's place is exactly what we wanted. His place is 30-45 min drive to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton, Snow Basin and Deer Valley. Since it's on top of his garage, it has privacy but at the same time has the peace of mind that the owner is in the same premises. When we needed some items, he provided them right away. Friendly conversations made us feel right at home.

The Holladay cottage was perfect for our stay! Close to shops and restaurants and a perfect home base for apartment hunting. As luck would have it, it also had ample off street parking so we could leave the u-haul trailer parked while we explored the city. Couldn’t have been easier!

We had a great stay! The accommodations were light and cheery. Sitting area was comfy as well as the bed. Linens were lovely. Bedroom downstairs was good sized and had window for light. The room was a little cold even with the heater on. But overall everything was great and would stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Adam and Betsy’s place! It was an incredible location that was super accessible for skiing in the big and little cottonwood canyons. Would highly recommend!

Private and very clean area for our stay. Hosts were on site but very quiet. Very quiet neighborhood but close to major roadways and excellent local restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for your next stay in Salt Lake City.

We stayed at Nephi's place in North Salt Lake. Since we were there for medical procedure at the University of Utah this location was perfect. the drive to the university was only 20 minutes. the neighborhood is safe and friendly. The view from the deck is awesome! We found this home to be clean, sanitized and ready for arrival. Being able to park in a garage nightly added to the security as family members came and went both day and night. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet are huge. Our host, Nephi, communicated regularly to ensure that we were comfortable and that the unit was not having any problems. The front room and family room adjoin, providing plenty of room as family came for visits. The kitchen was large with a gas range, ample counter space and plenty of cabinets to place pantry items. The stackable washer and dryer are easy to use and did a good job for us. Nights were quiet. This home has three bedrooms and two baths. it is perfect weather used daily/ weekly or mthly.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear and detailed instructions provided in advance. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was how well-stocked the space was—every little detail was thought of, from extra towels and toiletries to a lovely kitchen that made cooking easy. The location was perfect! It was close to many restaurants and stores, making it super convenient to grab a bite to eat or pick up anything we needed. On top of all that, Yevgeniya was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or recommendations. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and stress-free stay.

Melanie has thought of everything! All the creature comforts and charm you could ever want in a place to stay. She was sure check in on us throughout the trip and was accommodating to any additional requests / needs we had. Would absolutely recommend her place if you’re going to be in the area!

This is my second time staying at Devin’s property. Same as last time, it was welcoming and fully ready to support our group during our stay. Devin has put extensive effort in stylizing and furnishing the property to be the best it can be - and the best for guests. Clear instructions, great recommendations, and even better experience. I highly recommend this property for any stay where you need to be in an earshot of downtown or capitol hill.

We loved staying here. It was so cozy and inviting. Christie was so great to communicate with. The bed was comfortable and the place just flowed! Beautiful. Will definitely stay again.

I enjoyed staying here, it had everything I needed. It's ideal for a solo traveler but has plenty of room for a couple. neighborhood is very nice and safe. Jen was a proactive host and made sure all my needs were met.

Perfect for 1-2 people. Everything was spotless, and lots of sunshine for being on a basement level. Bed was super comfortable, the neighborhood was very nice, and I highly recommend staying here.

Henri is the first host I wish I could give more than five stars to. He and his wife Alice are extraordinarily kind, and go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is comfortable. I appreciated the personal walkthrough of the space when we arrived. Henri was always available to ensure our questions about SLC were answered. The space was as described, private, quiet, and easy to access. It was one of my best Airbnb experiences and I can’t recommend Henri and his space highly enough.

The kitchen was a dream—fully stocked with modern appliances, storage containers, and all the necessary utensils and plates. The home provided plenty of fresh towels, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring restful nights.​ A heartfelt thank you to our hosts for accommodating my cousin, who joined us for my son's college graduation, by providing a queen-size inflatable bed. It was a considerate gesture that made her stay just as comfortable.​ We were also grateful for the pet-friendly policy, which allowed our son's dog to join the celebration and reunite with his boy on this special occasion.​ Manny was responsive and offered helpful local recommendations whenever we had questions. We had a great time, no complaints! Cheaper than a hotel and super convenient location. We had a tournament at the Mountain America Exposition Center and it was an easy 3 minute drive. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing place close to the mountains! Unrelated to the place itself - make sure to make a parking reservation at Brighton and Solitude! Otherwise you’ll need to walk or catch the bus, which is often full!
