A small cottage surrounded by the greenery of the Valbruna mini golf course. The cottage is the second one on a small hill. Inside, you will find a double bed, a refrigerator, an electric moka pot, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle and coffee, snacks, toast bread, and jams. In the bathroom, there is a shower, a sink, and a toilet with a built-in bidet. If you arrive late in winter, let me know so we can turn up the the heating earlier. From April 1, 2026, the municipality requires a tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per day in cash. .

The in-house heated indoor pool is available - ideal for active days and relaxing hours. The modern apartment is located high above the clouds on the top 6th floor in the Edelweiss house. The kitchen is brand new and there is a cozy covered balcony.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.
