Great space; great location! While it’s close to everything it’s wonderful to have off street parking and the fenced in property makes everything quiet, secluded, and peaceful. House is very efficient - great set up. If you’re a coffee drinker, bring your own - while it’s great to have a coffee pot and nespresso machine, neither coffee grounds or nespresso pods were included (which was unusual at least to me). Based on the location alone (close to great restaurants and easy to get anywhere you need to go), I’d stay anytime I had a trip to the Twin Cities.

What a beautiful building and great location! We reserved a studio apartment. Clean and everything you need. It was an easy trip from the airport on the blue line metro and a 3 min walk to the building. The building is directly across the street from the baseball park. It was ideal to attend a game. We saw pictures on the listing overlooking the ball field but assumed our room would not have that view, and it didn't. However, as guests, we had access to the 18th floor which had amazing views of the field! It was a great spot to hang out before the game and before our room was ready. Nate at the front desk was so helpful! They were able to hold our bags until checkin. We had breakfast at Hope, just a few steps from the building. It was great and we wished we could have tried everything on the menu! We hope to stay again in the future!

Great location for concert at the target center, extremely walkable and parking so convenient in parking lot right next to the building ( cheap parking prices). Very helpful instructions to enter building and for leaving. Would definitely recommend.

Such a cute and cozy apartment in one of my favorite areas of Mpls. I booked this as a staycation for some much needed alone time. The bed and living space were super comfortable and inviting. Would stay here again!
