A beautiful house with great views! It’s private, clean, spacious, well-equipped with everything we need. Check-in and communication with Maria is very easy and we also got great recommendations for restaurants. Bonus is 2 cute dogs 🐶🥰

It was love at first sight for my husband and I. Sperlonga is absolutely gorgeous and the gardens at the property offered amazing views of the surrounding area and beach. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. There are a lot of stairs to get around the city but everywhere you walk is beautiful.

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

The windmill house has completely satisfied us, a very nice structure in total relaxation. It was like being at home with all the comforts and a beautiful fireplace. The area is very quiet even for the time we stayed. Surely during the summer it is all more lively and the trails are more feasible but still the view remains breathtaking. You have to arrive prepared since there are no supermarkets in the area and to shop a little more substantial you have to go down to the valley but still feasible. The walks are quiet and relaxing and our dog Zoe had a great time too. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back. Thank you very much to Monica and Giovanni, super helpful and welcoming.

It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and cared for allowed our Labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was immediately very kind. Definitely a place to come back.

Carmine and his wife were wonderful, attentive hosts and the apartment was beautiful. We felt we had good privacy, even through there are other apartments nearby. We met some wonderful people while staying there- good enough to exchange phone numbers to stay in touch! And I highly recommend L’Angola e La Luna for a romantic dinner nearby. This place was the highlight of our 3+ week trip in Italy. Thank you, Carmine!

The apartment is very nice, great location for touring Gaeta Medieval and very convenient private parking. It was a bit difficult to find it because Maps got the wrong directions and we did the road, partly in a one way, several times... then thanking Fiorella friend of Giulio, with the use of the video called, she helped us get there, I have to say that she did not help, arriving on 🤣April 25 a day of celebration... I recommend Giulio's house because it is very comfortable, with a beautiful view from the terrace, a quiet place and private parking, which is impossible to find in Gaeta. Thank you Fiorella for your kindness and availability ❤️

Our weekend in the Casetta di Massimiliano was more than pleasant. Clean house, equipped with everything in the description, is very close to both the center and the sea. Massimiliano was very kind and available for both check-in and check-out, he helped us solve the Parking Problem which in Gaeta is a little expensive everywhere. We had a really great time.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Beautiful large Airbnb in the city center of Capua Vetere. The old building, with real frescoes has been nicely renovated. The car was safely parked behind a gate. We got clear guidance about entering the place. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Carlo’s and their property highly enough.

The apartment and location were so great. There are two large bedrooms with lovely views of the old town. Plenty of room for family of 4. The apartment had everything we needed for our holiday in Terracina in April. The apartment was nicely decorated and felt very homey. Plus for games and drawing stuff for the kids and fresh tulips. We were greeted by Vivian when we arrived. She welcomed us and gave us great tips for our stay. We have had such a great holiday and can recommend both the apartment, Vivian as the landlord and the place to others.

Spacious and really nice apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped and the house was super clean. Alessandro was always very helpful and quick to respond.

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

Strategic location, equipped with condominium parking, close to the center.

We had an amazing time. Monica could not be nicer and was very responsive coordinating taxis for us from and to the train station and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The location cannot be beat. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
